I am not a Cricket customer and yet they managed to steal more than $2,400.00 buck from me. I called Cricket less than 20 minutes after the stole my money and they refused to help me because they said I was not a customer. I have heard of similar complaints and was wondering how many of there customers they steal from.
On Sunday, 2/28/21 I added a line to my account at the local Cricket Wireless store in Salisbury Maryland. We paid all the activation fees and no issue, everything was fine till the next day. My 4 lines were deactivated. Less than 24 hours of adding a line and they deactivate my service. Why, because my account had a $2 prorated fee added when I added the line that need paid. So to reactivate the line it is a $15 fee, and $4 fee to pay over the phone for a total charge of $21. All because of a computer system that deactivated my line. I called customer service to request a $15 credit as this was not my fault, had I been told I would of been happy to pay the $2. The customer service refused to provide any understanding. I was transferred to a manager, they offered no understanding and transferred me to a new manager who offered me $5. I have a multiple line account at Cricket Wireless. I used to have 4 lines in my account and pay $100 every month. On 3/30/2021, I added a new line to my account while I paid $25 for monthly fee and $10 for the SIM card kit. On 3/31, I received a confirmation email about my new line has successfully port in its number, and on the same day, I got a text message stating that $25 is paid into my account, which should be the $25 from the new line.After that, I've checked my system a couple of times and it always said I have $75 balance. I have autopay set up a long time ago and every month it withdraws money automatically from my bank account on the 3rd day of the month. Until 4/3, the account still showed $75 balance and as I expected, the autopay withdraws $75 on 4/3 too.On 4/4, I found all my lines have been suspended because I owe money, and when I log into my account, the bill shows $26.67 for the monthly payment and $15 for the reactivation fee.Until 4/4, the account never shows the
I tried using Progressive leasing to pay for a new phone, I was suppose to only pay $68 after the loan was approved. But the order did not go through because it said my address was incorrect, but Cricket wireless still continued to charge my credit card $68, without sending me a confirmation number or any way to show my recent transaction, I have all the information to verify my Loan account but I don't have an order number or reference number from Cricket wireless and you guys refuse to help me. So I had $20 come out of my account that I was not aware of that it said a system error had happened so it wasn't going to charge it and I tried to get a refund back from cricket for a measly $20 but it was important to me because it was the last $20 I had however cricket being the multimillion dollar company they are refused twice to deny my refund even though it gave a system error it washed not my fault on both two 10 dollar transactions as well the supervisor that I spoke with at the end on the third time I called hung up on me when she told me that they were not going to honor my refund I've already messaged corporate but I am going to go everywhere and anywhere and post how awful cricket is as much as I can until this is resolved
I have a hot spot and the page sends the link to the hotspot to apply for the Affordable Connectivity Program. Hard to click on that when I don’t have any keys on my hotspot :) Can’t get help with the online chat. Can’t get a person on the phone when calling the number provided for the Connectivity Program. So now what ? Anybody have a clue. Last year I went to the store where I bought my hotspot no help there either….
Last night August 25th 2019 my bridge pay payment was due before 11:59pm CTI had the funds available and called 611. The system WOULD NOT recognize my number for over an hour! I also went to myaccount on cricketwireless.com and the system said myaccount was temporarily unavailable!!! So the only two ways I could make my payment (which I had the funds for THEN) were not working at all. I kept checking myaccount and calling and the SYSTEM tells me my account is now at a ZERO BALANCE and gives me my next dude date in September. An hour later the system now says I didnt pay the bridge payment on time and suspended my account and says I have to pay the FULL BILL AGAIN!!!!I have been a LOYAL customer for I believe 10 + years and for this too happen , when I did everything I was supposed too on my end is NOT ACCEPTABLE!I have now been without any service for hours and it's solely based on YOUR system not allowing me to pay when I was supposed too and then lying to me that my account was zero
When attempting to log in online i get an access denied error message. I am still able to log into the app. When attempting to make a payment on the app with any method i get an error message. When attempting to use quick play online to avoid a log in, i get an error message at the final stage of payment.
I know of an employee on a store in western PA who charge extra and make his own receipt but I don’t know how to report it. Looked like the manager knows this but isnt doing anything. Tried talking to a cricket rep but they weren’t much help. Where should I go about reporting it?a lil background; my friend was charged $370.00 for a free motorola even though it should have been under $150.00 at most. I am out of town so looked into it and he was definetly scammed by the employee
I've been on and off the phone with Cricket Wireless Customer Service today and I'm extremely frustrated. After speaking with five different agents/supervisors collectively for over two and half hours, they talked over me and wouldn't let me speak, then ultimately hung up on me (very professional). I'm trying to switch to Verizon after experiencing months and months of delayed texts and performance issues. Unfortunately Cricket is claiming that the iPhone XR that I purchased from them outright (yes, my own iPhone that I paid for and did NOT finance) cannot be unlocked until after six months from activation date. They claim it states that in the "contract". What??? Contract??? I originally signed up with Cricket because I didn't want a contract! So Cricket Wireless is holding my iPhone XR (my asset that I own) hostage. It's absolutely unbelievable and speaks volumes about a poorly run organization. DO NOT GO WITH CRICKET WIRELESS!!!

I went to pay my phone bill last night and forgot I had auto pay on. When I checked my bank this morning I had two charges for $55. Is there any way I can get a refund for one of those charges, I do not need the extra credit they put on my actual cricket account and would like the money back.
So I wanted to just change my debit card # for auto payment. EASY, right?NOT! Not with effing Cricket!COuld not do it on the app. Could not do it on the web.Called them. For both March 2023 and April 2023, my account was on AutoPay and a payment was made. Unfortunately, the lines were suspended both months. The second suspension was May 14th. Resolving the issue required calling, and each time there were charges for late payment and/or resuming of service due to the suspension.Given this occurred twice please review the account for issues. What is needed to avoid this from recurring next month?
