I recently got a new credit card. I got a message on my phone regarding Cricket’s autopay attempt failing to go through, so I immediately called and updated my credit card information and was told by the robot that my autopay would continue as normal. I got a text to confirm that. Just this evening (8/24 at 11:30pm MDT), I got a text saying that my Max benefits have been cancelled. Then my texts weren’t working. I checked my account to see it was suspended due to not paying my bill and was being charged an extra $15 for reactivation along with my regular $98 bill. How convenient to discover this AFTER Customer Support hours!I was forced to pay the reactivation fee as I needed my phone, but since this error was 100% the fault of the company, how should I go about getting my $15 refund?I have noticed this is a common issue. Absolutely unacceptable! This glitch has been going on for years and there is no fix for this???
Hi I have tried over and over to make a payment by phone through the Cricket app but the app went into an update.now my phone is off and the payment did not go through.now the bill is higher and I need to pay to reactivate my account. please credit the reactivationcharge and let me pay my bill as usual with no fees this was not any of my doing and I was unable to pay due to the update
Links don't work on app.... Try to upgrade your phone... Pay 10 times what a new customer would pay... Been with Cricket many years... Gonna change companies... Cricket has become a POS with crappy customer service and a high priced tip off .. half the time... The network goes down where I live and I'm only 20 miles from Phoenix Sorry Cricket... On 8/10/2023 I paid my bill to reactivate my phones for missing my payment date. I used the app and I was Instructed to pay $65 .... 50 plus the 15 dollar reactivation fee. The app did not update correctly and told me I still had an outstanding balance of $50. I then made a second payment. The app refreshed and still indicated I had an outstanding balance. So I again made another 50 dollar payment. I now have $115 as account credit. I contacted customer support and was told I cannot get the overpayment refunded and would need ro dispute the transactions with my bank. I was also informed that if I did so my account would be canceled. I am not asking for my total payment to be refund. I want my overpayment refunded. According to my account it says that amount is $115. I am totally disappointed In the customer service I received. I would like my overpayment refunded to my bank asap. I have been a customer since 2018 and until now have not had any issues but this is making me
Adding a line yesterday caused Cricket Autopay to charge me incorrectly and suspend my service the next day. And then they charge me a reactivation fee. I point this out to customer service and they explain again and again that it was the system that did this and I should’ve added the line 7 days in advance of the autopay. They stand by the reactivation fee as a valid charge. I find it ridiculous that this limitation in their system caused me to lose service to three lines, incur a service fee and wasted hours of my time talking with four representatives. Not to mention the first representative gave me the “my headset is malfunctioning I can’t hear you” runaround and then transferred me nowhere. The third one gave me a “heads up” that I will get nowhere with my complaint because their charges are valid. And when I finally got the manager she repeated endless customer service lyrics and seemed to think that this was all my fault because I tried to add a line when “everyone kno
So I had $20 come out of my account that I was not aware of that it said a system error had happened so it wasn't going to charge it and I tried to get a refund back from cricket for a measly $20 but it was important to me because it was the last $20 I had however cricket being the multimillion dollar company they are refused twice to deny my refund even though it gave a system error it washed not my fault on both two 10 dollar transactions as well the supervisor that I spoke with at the end on the third time I called hung up on me when she told me that they were not going to honor my refund I've already messaged corporate but I am going to go everywhere and anywhere and post how awful cricket is as much as I can until this is resolved
I have a hot spot and the page sends the link to the hotspot to apply for the Affordable Connectivity Program. Hard to click on that when I don’t have any keys on my hotspot :) Can’t get help with the online chat. Can’t get a person on the phone when calling the number provided for the Connectivity Program. So now what ? Anybody have a clue. Last year I went to the store where I bought my hotspot no help there either….
When attempting to log in online i get an access denied error message. I am still able to log into the app. When attempting to make a payment on the app with any method i get an error message. When attempting to use quick play online to avoid a log in, i get an error message at the final stage of payment.
I know of an employee on a store in western PA who charge extra and make his own receipt but I don’t know how to report it. Looked like the manager knows this but isnt doing anything. Tried talking to a cricket rep but they weren’t much help. Where should I go about reporting it?a lil background; my friend was charged $370.00 for a free motorola even though it should have been under $150.00 at most. I am out of town so looked into it and he was definetly scammed by the employee

I went to pay my phone bill last night and forgot I had auto pay on. When I checked my bank this morning I had two charges for $55. Is there any way I can get a refund for one of those charges, I do not need the extra credit they put on my actual cricket account and would like the money back.
So I wanted to just change my debit card # for auto payment. EASY, right?NOT! Not with effing Cricket!COuld not do it on the app. Could not do it on the web.Called them. Was asked to do it with the phone menu bot. I reluctantly and desperately went with that. But after giving the bot my # there was NO verification! For both March 2023 and April 2023, my account was on AutoPay and a payment was made. Unfortunately, the lines were suspended both months. The second suspension was May 14th. Resolving the issue required calling, and each time there were charges for late payment and/or resuming of service due to the suspension.Given this occurred twice please review the account for issues. What is needed to avoid this from recurring next month?
I've had my account on autopay for the last year and a half without issue. All of a sudden, 5 months ago, the autopay would not go through on my credit card. Despite this, I was able to manually pay the bill with the same credit card and information. I have already talked to my credit card company and they said there is no block on the card related to Cricket or A,T&T. I contacted Cricket on the phone at least three times to try to rectify this. Apparently many people are having this issue. One of the Cricket agents lied and said that I'm the only one having the issue! #1, how could this agent possibly know that? And, that is a pretty broad statement, so you know that it's a lie designed to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I want this issue fixed!! I keep getting texts from cricket announcing that my auto pay was declined. Then I have to drop everything and manually enter the credit card info to try to avoid the late payment fees and or cancellation fees!! Cricket, fix you
Is there any way to get this issue solved before 9am ET??????I paid the Bridge Pay amount like I do every month before the cut off date and time and my phone service still got cut off! This is HIGHLY inconvenient considering the type of work I do requires my service to be working properly! The next part is that customer service is closed and I can't seem to find a way to get any help after hours I guess you would say. So I'm going to have to wait another 8 hours just to be able to speak with a customer service agent! Help!!! The payment made is able to be seen, but isn't posted on the account!!!
