Adding a line yesterday caused Cricket Autopay to charge me incorrectly and suspend my service the next day. And then they charge me a reactivation fee. I point this out to customer service and they explain again and again that it was the system that did this and I should’ve added the line 7 days in advance of the autopay. They stand by the reactivation fee as a valid charge. I find it ridiculous that this limitation in their system caused me to lose service to three lines, incur a service fee and wasted hours of my time talking with four representatives. Not to mention the first representative gave me the “my headset is malfunctioning I can’t hear you” runaround and then transferred me nowhere. The third one gave me a “heads up” that I will get nowhere with my complaint because their charges are valid. And when I finally got the manager she repeated endless customer service lyrics and seemed to think that this was all my fault because I tried to add a line when “everyone kno
I went through the process of returning a phone I did not end up liking within the return policy with the help of the warranty department.this was in March 2022as of august 2022 I have not received a refund or the phone back. I have called cricket customer service multiple times being into he line for over 3 hours at a time. I have also left messages with the warranty department as directed when you are transferred to that line.Further you can’t just go to a local store if you purchased online you have to go through the online return process. horrible service. At least send me back the phone if I am not getting a refund.
My employer requested my phone records for the month of Sept 2022 and I had 45 days to get it. Cricket customer service told me the only way to get this information I would need a Subpoena. What is a Subpoena? It is not a simple letter you just go to the court house and get. You need to hire a lawyer by the hour to get you a court date, for which you will have to pay all the court fees. Once you get your court date, you got to explain to the judge why you need the Subpoena, at which point he will award one for the lawyer to submit to ATT and at that point ATT has 30 days to reply, either to deny the request or send you the documents. You need to know exactly who the subpoena needs to be served to, if you serve it to the wrong the department you will get nothing. The conclusion, a subpoena to generate documentation is not a easy process that you can do yourself, you will need legal assistance and it will cost you a lot of money, just to have access to your own records. Unfortunately for
Looking at the bridge pay option. You pay $50 to have an extension on your monthly payment. If you miss your bridgepay payment ( I fell asleep and woke up an hour later) pay full amount of $122. After thinking about it, the reconnection fee is $15. So I’m questioning where my $50 goes towards, every rep I spoke to says it’s the policy but this policy is unethical and WRONG. I will be switching to a more reputable company and making a complaint to the BBB. We’re being charged more to get an extension then we are to actually let our service disconnect. I feel like everyone should be upset about this and look into it if you used the bridge pay option.
I do have a question. First I'd like to apologize for my post previously as I reacted out of my frustrations.MY QUESTION: Has any one whom has been deceived and not compensated for Billed Merchandise Never Recieved?2Znd QUESTION; Have any of you going though this dispute with Cricket wireless. Would be intrested in joining me in filing a lawsuit against Cricket Wireless for theirRefusal to comply with the laws they are breaking.I read many complaints yesterday, and I see many here entitled to compensation from Cricket. There are federal laws that they have broken or not complied with.My law firm I work for advised me to redact with knowledge and respect for the laws put in place to protect consumers from these type offenses.I let my frustration guide me to my intellect in beginning a lawsuit against Cricket Wirelss. This is the process I have chosen to take. And would be very happy to give you the information you need. How you can file, or we all file. The lawsuit has different views on t
So I called in to make a bridge pay. I selected bridge pay in the automated system but at the end after entering my card info it gave me an error message and attempted to transfer me to an agent. It processed my payment but did not apply it as a bridge pay extension and now my services are suspended. I am livid right now!!! I have kids that need to be able to reach me. Your system had an error and I demand my services be restored or I will go with another company. I also will get on every social site and share my experience. This has never happened. Now I have to wait until 9am before I can even speak to someone. That’s 9 hours of no service after I made the payment that I was supposed. I am BEYOND ANGRY!!!
Dear Customer Service Executives,I am a disappointed Cricket customer. I have had an account with you for longer than I remember. When friends talk about their cellular service I always mention Cricket and the great service and rates available from you. Not any more.A small $15 fee. That’s all this was about. I have had a bad habit for many years of letting my account expire and then paying for the next month’s service. Not a great means of paying bills, but with the 24 hour grace period it was an easy way to remember to pay. Bad habit. This morning February 28, 2020. I went to pay my bill that expired at midnight last night and found a $15 re-activation fee. Probably a good idea logistically to get more customers into autopay. But it was a new charge. Apparently it was notified in two reminder texts, that I didn’t read closely because we get reminder texts every month. $15 not a big deal. But at the same time, it was a new charge that I have never been hit with before. So I called cust
Trying to pay my bill which is due tonight and I’m getting an error message. I’m imputing the card numbers correctly and don’t know what the problem is. I hope I’m not charged a reactivating fee for not paying on time. I tried to call customer service and I got a message saying it was closed. I tried the chat and it was no help. Giving up after almost two hours. Happen same way last month and miraculously went through next day adding $15 to reactivate.A
What happened to the billing feature? I need to be able to print out a billing/activity page that shows at a minimum:Cricket <-- CarrierMy Account Number <--- AccountMy Name <--- A persons name that owns the accountBut this is no longer available via web, mobile, or pdf print. What gives? I'm trying to submit my phone bill to my company for my work expenses but they won't accept it cause it looks like a 3rd grader put a bunch of numbers and dates on a page. It does not look official at all and it doesn't contain any relevant information.
Cricket debited my checking account after the account was closed and refuses to refund my money. Talked with customer service. Talked with customer service supervisor. Both said they do not have a policy to make refunds. This charge overdrew my account and now I am jumping through the hoops of my financial institution. Very Poor Customer Service
I've been on and off the phone with Cricket Wireless Customer Service today and I'm extremely frustrated. After speaking with five different agents/supervisors collectively for over two and half hours, they talked over me and wouldn't let me speak, then ultimately hung up on me (very professional). I'm trying to switch to Verizon after experiencing months and months of delayed texts and performance issues. Unfortunately Cricket is claiming that the iPhone XR that I purchased from them outright (yes, my own iPhone that I paid for and did NOT finance) cannot be unlocked until after six months from activation date. They claim it states that in the "contract". What??? Contract??? I originally signed up with Cricket because I didn't want a contract! So Cricket Wireless is holding my iPhone XR (my asset that I own) hostage. It's absolutely unbelievable and speaks volumes about a poorly run organization. DO NOT GO WITH CRICKET WIRELESS!!!
Upon paying my bill this morning, I was informed that Cricket is now charging a $3 fee for over-the-phone payments. I hung up. Imagine, being charged a FEE for paying your bill! Seems that the only way to avoid the fee is to pay over the internet by computer, or by using the myCricket app, which hasn't worked on my phone for over a year(I still use a Samsung Galaxy S4). You know, since AT&T took over, everything has slowly gone downhill. First, they took away Mobile Hotspot, unless you paid extra. One little feature after another became "optional at extra cost". Now this. Part of the reason I took Cricket long before the merger was the convenience of paying the monthly bill. Now, they are charging me extra for that convenience. I have a store 3 blocks away, and they are losing my foot traffic(which might give me a reason to purchase a new phone)because they started charging for in-person payments at stores. I find it especially funny that they call it a "convenience fee". I guess I
Data throttled back at the end of my last billing cycle due to data usage. New billing period started yesterday and was paid by auto pay. Data still extremely slow today as if it is still throttled. Why don’t I have my full speed now that I’m in a new billing cycle???
I am beyond mad right now! I tried to move 4 lines to Cricket. I was charged this:1Service$55.00 SIM Discount-$10.00 SIM$9.99 2SIM$9.99 Service$55.00 Service Discount-$30.00 SIM Discount-$10.00 3SIM$9.99 Service$55.00 Service Discount-$45.00 SIM Discount-$10.00 4SIM$9.99 Service$55.00 Service Discount-$45.00 SIM Discount-$10.00 $99.96Sub-Total $3.00Tax $102.96Total I get the SIM cards in the mail, and I try and activate them and was told I owe an additional $40 for the SIM cards.....After repeatedly telling the rep that the SIM cards were line items on my order summary and that I was already charged the amount, they wouldn't let up. I spoke to a "supervisor" who didn't want to listen to me at all and continually just kept repeating the exact same thing! I told them to cancel the lines, they said they would, t
I was charged twice for a phone plan. I think it paid next months phone plan since it says I owe $0 Sept 17th.I didn't want to do this. I have no idea why it did this. And dialing the Customer service does absolutely nothing with my problem. Before you give me a phone number to call, I tried it. It will dial, then tell me to wait, then say I can't be connected and hangs up.
We have 5 phones on our plan and I just replaced one of the phones. Supposedly if you buy online there is no activation fee as is clearly stated. I have auto pay set up so they pulled out $25 less than the normal bill since I paid the $25 dollar activation fee when I bought the phone. This morning our phones were all not working. Cricket said I now owed $40 (25 for the money supposedly owed plus 15 reactivation). Has anyone else had this problem and is there anyone I can contact to get this fix? I can't believe even with auto pay they screwed this up so bad. Sad because I really like the service.
