So I called in to make a bridge pay. I selected bridge pay in the automated system but at the end after entering my card info it gave me an error message and attempted to transfer me to an agent. It processed my payment but did not apply it as a bridge pay extension and now my services are suspended. I am livid right now!!! I have kids that need to be able to reach me. Your system had an error and I demand my services be restored or I will go with another company. I also will get on every social site and share my experience. This has never happened. Now I have to wait until 9am before I can even speak to someone. That’s 9 hours of no service after I made the payment that I was supposed. I am BEYOND ANGRY!!!
I honestly feel that this policy they came up with a few years ago is ridiculous. If you make a brige pay and fail to pay the rest by date, you pay the whole thing, including what they already got from. So if you paid 70 and forget now you pay 133 which means you paid 200 dollars, plus that reactivation fee. Why is this even necessary to do? I have been a cricket customer since 2004 and this is the worst they have come up with. They need to do away with this.
I've been with Cricket for more than 5 years I set a bridge pay multiple times they do not explain the policy of bridge pay they just take your money and let you figure out your own if you missed the due date that bridge pay is set up the money that you use for bridge pay it's not apply to your account you have to pay the full balance in order to get your service turned back on that is not what they explain to you when you set it up I spent more money on Bridge pay and still lose my money for bridge pay in order to double down to pay the service that is not acceptable you do not take people money like that and you don't explain it to your customers you treat your customers so poorly your services are poor you have buffering low speed service Dead Zone your phones don't work half the time I received a upgrade and it did not work it was nothing I could do about the phone I spend more money for nothing you have a app that's called added up which is the third party it applied to my account
I've been on and off the phone with Cricket Wireless Customer Service today and I'm extremely frustrated. After speaking with five different agents/supervisors collectively for over two and half hours, they talked over me and wouldn't let me speak, then ultimately hung up on me (very professional). I'm trying to switch to Verizon after experiencing months and months of delayed texts and performance issues. Unfortunately Cricket is claiming that the iPhone XR that I purchased from them outright (yes, my own iPhone that I paid for and did NOT finance) cannot be unlocked until after six months from activation date. They claim it states that in the "contract". What??? Contract??? I originally signed up with Cricket because I didn't want a contract! So Cricket Wireless is holding my iPhone XR (my asset that I own) hostage. It's absolutely unbelievable and speaks volumes about a poorly run organization. DO NOT GO WITH CRICKET WIRELESS!!!
Why is it that Cricket does not offer a way to pay your bill from your bank's bill-pay system? I called support to get an address -- no such luck. I called a local office -- nope there either. From what I gather, there is NO WAY to send an ACH draft to ANYWHERE that will get your bill paid. They want you to use a credit card, go to the office and pay cash or set up auto PULL where they can screw up and pull your payment 5 times if they want. This is the 21st Century. I even pay my electric bill with my bill pay system. Everybody has some sort of central office SOMEWHERE. ( unless the central office is in Russia or Zimbabwe or somewhere like that ). This is really disappointing. I plan to find another phone company. Hell, even Walmart has a way to pay PRE-PAY phones from your bill-pay.
The past year has been financially challenging for many Americans and Cricket is here to help. As always, we’re committed to make it easy for our customers to get the connectivity they need, on a plan they can smile about, but now we’re taking it one step further to assist those most in need.Starting today, customers who are eligible for relief through the temporary Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB), a federal government program that provides eligible customers a benefit of up to $50/mo. on home or wireless internet service, can come to Cricket and sign up for eligible wireless voice-and-data service.Eligible households on Tribal lands can receive a benefit of up to $75/mo.If you’ve been financially affected by COVID-19 or currently participate in financial assistance programs, you could be eligible for temporary relief on our eligible Cricket plans:**Cricket More: Unlimited calls and data*** + 15 GB of Mobile Hotspot for $10/mo. after temporary EBB applied (regularly $60/mo.). $5/mo.
Hello, I have a question about my data not resetting. My family pays for an unlimited plan for everyone(I forgot which one) A couple days ago we renewed our data plan and everyone's cell data reset except mine, it hasn't reset in a while. I'm not sure what's going on but if there's some way to fix it that would be amazing. Sorry for the bad description I'm not really sure what to say. Thank you.
I was charged twice for a phone plan. I think it paid next months phone plan since it says I owe $0 Sept 17th.I didn't want to do this. I have no idea why it did this. And dialing the Customer service does absolutely nothing with my problem. Before you give me a phone number to call, I tried it. It will dial, then tell me to wait, then say I can't be connected and hangs up.
Two months in a row now! What is the problem here. I am pretty sure how this works is this... I pay my bill, on time, and you provide me with the ability to call out, send text messages and surf the web. So why now two months in a row am I sitting here and am unable to use my phone service and data service that I have paid for on time. This is crap! And I sure hope they plan to make this right in so e way shape or form. I don't pay for their service for nothing, I expect to be able to use what I pay for and when I want to use it. That's the way this is supposed to work. Please,by all means. Correct me if I am wrong here!!!
Close to 2 years ago, I switched from Cricket to a different provider because I did not have any other option. Now, I am trying to get my Cricket billing history to serve as a form of payment history for a creditor. I had Cricket for about 2 years, and I have tried to log in, but my username/phone number is no longer recognized. Was all my information just deleted from Cricket's records? I would still like to access it. Calling customer support was not helpful, because they asked for a PIN (which I don't remember setting up) and then referred me to find a local retailer who could help (all 5 that I called said they couldn't help).
I received notifications for account change even if i changed cellphone and results in IMEI change. All people in my plan will receive this anoying message because i change my cellphone from iphone to huawei and vice verse. Is there an option to turn off this notification only?
I have 3 lines. My uncle, who is poor, lives in SF, Calif and let his Cricket service lapse. I want to add his phone to my plan. Also he already has an iPhone with a Cricket SIM in it (prior, but no current, service on that SIM). I have his IMEI and ICCID numbers. When I chatted w/Cricket their CSR said they'd have to sell me a new SIM which he'd have to install.Does anyone know how true this is? I’ll pay the “activation fee” or “fee fee” or whatever, but he’s not techy and I’d rather him not have to mess with his SIM.
My employer requested my phone records for the month of Sept 2022 and I had 45 days to get it. Cricket customer service told me the only way to get this information I would need a Subpoena. What is a Subpoena? It is not a simple letter you just go to the court house and get. You need to hire a lawyer by the hour to get you a court date, for which you will have to pay all the court fees. Once you get your court date, you got to explain to the judge why you need the Subpoena, at which point he will award one for the lawyer to submit to ATT and at that point ATT has 30 days to reply, either to deny the request or send you the documents. You need to know exactly who the subpoena needs to be served to, if you serve it to the wrong the department you will get nothing. The conclusion, a subpoena to generate documentation is not a easy process that you can do yourself, you will need legal assistance and it will cost you a lot of money, just to have access to your own records. Unfortunately for
I increased the data level on my plan mid-month and set changes to occur at the end of the billing cycle. I specifically remember turning auto pay back on at that time. When I woke up this morning my account had been suspended. I was coached to make a phone payment (with a $3.00 fee). I did so, then checked the MyCricket app and saw that auto pay is still on with a due date of the 27th of May. Am I going to get double charged? Why didn't auto pay work this month? Can I get a refund for the phone payment fee?
My phone number got ported yesterday morning. I have 4 lines and two of them got ported out without our consent. Usually when any changes are made we get a text on our phones, none of the 4 lines got a text about changes. My husband went to the cricket store and we’re not able to help him and sold him another chip and gave him a new number. He needs a phone due to his job (frontline essential worker). He called cricket and was giving a case number and told they will going to put priority on it and we’re going to call him. I contacted someone through cricket chat late afternoon and told them about the issue, I was not given a case number nor did they ask for previous case number. Was also told we’re going to put a priority on it and someone was going to call us shortly. Not sure if they using that word just to give us hope someone will call us right away. We are going on the 2nd day and still no phone call from cricket. So I have been without service thankfully I have wifi for no
Cricket informed me that one of my 3g phones was about to get disconnected.I called their representatives to get a new phone and sim card, so my line would not be suspended.I DID NOT TELL THE REPRESENTATIVE TO UPGRADE OR CHANGE MY PLAN.THE REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT COMMUNICATE THAT THERE WOULD BE A CHANGE IN MY PLAN.I was kicked off my grandfathered plan, and now my plan costs $30 extra a month. This is extremely dishonest, and the suspended line still doesn’t work, because apparently the sim card that was sent with the new phone is corrupt.Service representatives aren’t able to help with this situation, because their software does not allow them to roll back changes.
I have Autopay active but for some reason my phone bill always gets disconnected anyways so I have to pay it manually through the app. Well this time it actually did go through and I didn't notice, so now I've got extra credit on my account that I don't need. Is there anyway to get a my money back on that extra credit?
My service was supposed to be good until 11:59 pm. I paid in full at 11:39 pm. Then I find out that my account had already been suspended and a five dollar charge added. So when I added the CORRECT amount to keep my service turned on, my phone REMAINS deactivated until I pay the five dollar charge FOR YOUR MISTAKE. I refuse. Every second my phone remains deactivated is THEFT, because I was paying on time. FIX IT!I cannot believe I have my phone suspended because apparently some stupid F***up with daylight savings time. There is NO WAY to contact anybody in person to make them fix it. No real person to talk to anywhere. No phone service available, no non-bot chat. UNBELIEVABLE. ZERO customer service. What the hell is this bull****? The "chat" with "us" is actually a stupid bot that doesn't have the ability to fix anything. The contact numbers are offline at night, which is when these problems occur. AWESOME!So, now, I have no phone service. I've PAID for my damned phone service, ON T
Hi,I recently noticed that my prepaid phone service was suspended suddenly and I had to pay $5 to reactivate it.I don't know why it happened because I keep making a payment every month and my last payment was on 9/21. Then I knew my phone was suspended on 10/2.Is it because I didn't make enough calls or something? Can anyone tell me why?
