I've had my account on autopay for the last year and a half without issue. All of a sudden, 5 months ago, the autopay would not go through on my credit card. Despite this, I was able to manually pay the bill with the same credit card and information. I have already talked to my credit card company and they said there is no block on the card related to Cricket or A,T&T. I contacted Cricket on the phone at least three times to try to rectify this. Apparently many people are having this issue. One of the Cricket agents lied and said that I'm the only one having the issue! #1, how could this agent possibly know that? And, that is a pretty broad statement, so you know that it's a lie designed to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I want this issue fixed!! I keep getting texts from cricket announcing that my auto pay was declined. Then I have to drop everything and manually enter the credit card info to try to avoid the late payment fees and or cancellation fees!! Cricket, fix you
I signed up for bridge pay because i was very short on cash and i paid 25 and last night i tried paying last 40 but instead they charged my card 65 because it was barely after midnight.. So that means i paid 90 for phone bill during a month im struggling to feed my kids.. Is there a way to make them make that right and at least give me my bridge pay back since i basically got screwed
Why does cricket seem obsessively intent on driving away existing customers? Most there phones are crap and when they get so old you need a new one just to keep making calls the deals are so horrible you can easily get new ones for free somewhere else and most cases your bill will go down too.... they're business plan is beyond any reason or comprehension. Just read reviews im far from the only one of this opinion...
Is there any reason why I can't purchase an upgrade for my phone online using my debit card? I keep getting the error that says my credit card address is invalid even though I checked that it was correct on both my bank account and for my Cricket account. There is no reason for that error occur.I know it's not my bank because I didn't have an issue making a payment through another site with the card. I do live in a rural area and if that is affecting my purchase, it is extremely frustrating as I can't get to a store until Sunday or Monday to make a purchase.
Is there any way to get this issue solved before 9am ET??????I paid the Bridge Pay amount like I do every month before the cut off date and time and my phone service still got cut off! This is HIGHLY inconvenient considering the type of work I do requires my service to be working properly! The next part is that customer service is closed and I can't seem to find a way to get any help after hours I guess you would say. So I'm going to have to wait another 8 hours just to be able to speak with a customer service agent! Help!!! The payment made is able to be seen, but isn't posted on the account!!!
I was charged twice for a phone plan. I think it paid next months phone plan since it says I owe $0 Sept 17th.I didn't want to do this. I have no idea why it did this. And dialing the Customer service does absolutely nothing with my problem.Before you give me a phone number to call, I tried it. It will dial, then tell me to wait, then say I can't be connected and hangs up.
I am on autopay. My bill is $160 per month. Autopay took $135 on Saturday and then my account was suspended. Then I had to pay a reinstate fee??? It is autopay and I’ve been using it for the past 4 years!!! So why is this my issue and why was I assessed a penalty when I am on autopay? Why did autopay take less than way was owed? And why is that my issue?
Bought a phone March 22nd was delivered March 23rd the shipping box and the iPhone 14 pro max box but NO phone. I have filed a claim with UPS and cricket is saying they can’t and won’t send me a new phone that has been paid for already. Cricket is going to be sued at this point!!!! This is ridiculous.
I went into the cricket office on O street in Lincoln Nebraska on 6/16/2018 to pay my cricket bill. when I walked into the store all the lights were off and the side door was open and the store smelled of marijuana smoke. and I stood there for a few mins until a customer rep came in and I told him I wanted to pay my bill he told me the total. I knew it would be a late charge BUT he told me one amount I paid in in exact cash HE OVER CHARGED ME 3.00 BUCKS! its the principle of the situation! 1ST OF ALL I walk in to a store with no lights cricket rep gone outside the store smelling of marijuana THIS IS NOT HOW YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS! I am considering taking my business over to boost at least I will get prompt service and answer to my questions.
I had my service deactivated today and had to pay a reactivation fee due to an autopay billing glitch. I added hotspot feature yesterday to try to download a show an an ipad at the airport. Apparently my phone isn’t compatible with hotspot (Pixel 6 - unlocked) but Cricket doesn’t tell you that when you add the feature. That’s beside the point though. The issue is that my autopay happened on the 28th and the billing cycle started on the 29th. When I activated the hotspot feature, apparently it deducted from my autopay, and said that I had $0 balance. But what it actually did was deduct the funds from autopay, without updating the autopay amount, so when it tried to deduct from autopay for my new billing cycle I had insufficient funds and my account was suspended. I’ve talked to chat and a person and supervisor over the phone about this and no one will refund my reactivation fee. In my view, I never had a chance to avoid the account suspension or reactivation fee. Please someone see t
So I went online on cricket to switch over to them and get the free iPhone se if I switch over my phone number deal and when i got all the way to the end of checkout they said they couldn’t process my order and to try again later but they still charged my card $180!! I never got an confirmation email for the order nothing but I’m sitting here at 11:44 pm and my bank just gave me a notification that the charge from 180 from cricket has gone from pending to completed! I’m freaking out cuz my current iPhone SE is broken asf cracked screen and I need a new phone before me and my husband move back home in match , I tried to do the order again and it told me they’re already trying to switch my number over to cricket so I’m so confused where is my confirmation email?!
So on Oct. 5, 2019 I purchased a phone online and had it sent to the wrong address (my fault) so the persons refused the package and was sent back to Cricket. Fast forward a week and still no refund for the returned phone. I call them on and ask them about my refund and was told I will be issued to me in 5 to 7 days...they already had the phone back a week. So I wait 10 days and still no refund so call back and customer service rep tells me I’ll have it refunded back on my card 1-2 days wait 3 days still no money call AGAIN and was told same thing so I call back and ask to speak to supervisor and was put on hold 30 mins and no one ever came to answer my call. So call back next day and was told it taking so long because they just got to my case and someone will call me back that day or next but they put a “rush” on it so I should get my money back soon. Well it’s November 5, 2019 and STILL NO REFUND!
I went through the process of returning a phone I did not end up liking within the return policy with the help of the warranty department.this was in March 2022as of august 2022 I have not received a refund or the phone back. I have called cricket customer service multiple times being into he line for over 3 hours at a time. I have also left messages with the warranty department as directed when you are transferred to that line.Further you can’t just go to a local store if you purchased online you have to go through the online return process. horrible service. At least send me back the phone if I am not getting a refund.
I started an order online 02/18/23 I talked to a woman gave her my information I couldn’t understand she had broken English I don’t think she understood me so I told her to just cancel my order and I would go to a cricket store the next day and get the phone. She never asked my email so I went to cricket store next day and ported my number to cricket and got a new phone and the store activated it. Today 02/22/23 a duplicated phone was delivered from an Oder that was cancelled and charged my bank for the cancelled order. How can I return . You need my email to send me the mailing label. I thought it was odd I never got a confirmation email so she must not have asked for it. How do I return without the email from you with mailing label?

No matter which “Date Range” I select, the date range on the printout is always for the latest bill. The rest of the data is correct, but the date range is incorrect.
So today, I went into my local Cricket Store to purchase an upgrade/replacement device. However, when I returned home I made a discovery that kinda rubs me the wrong way. I have found that in store, my area location has their devices listed at significantly higher prices than their online counter parts.For instance I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J2 Pure. In store, the device was listed at $79.99 for Upgrade purchase; but the website has the same device listed for $39.99. I did not know this at the time.When I went to make to purchase, the associate offered a massive discount- to $39.99 if I were to purchase a case and screen protector with it. Between this purchase, the activation fee, and the insurance upgrade for the device- I spent over $120.When I arrive home, I pulled up the cricket website to look at the devices specs, and found the device listed for $39.99- the exact price for the device under a "supposed discount" value.This is 100% misleading, and underhanded. I forgot to pay my phone bill, like a lot of people do, so I called to restore my service. I found out how much I owed and I went to the my cricket app to pay my bill. Instead of restoring my service, Cricket took out THREE payments for the amount. On top of that, my service was NOT restored. How do I get my money back and by get my money back, I mean get my money back TODAY.
My phone got turned off last night and I paid the bill plus an extra 5$ and yet my phone is still off and I can’t call anyone because you idiots have no customer service line so I’m stuck now with no money because I had to pay the bill but the worse thing is I’m broke with no phone and now can’t work because you people don’t care about screwing your customers over.
