Yes My son paid 15 dollars on the 22nd of October to keep my phone active for 7 more days. Well as usual Cricket didn't do it right my phone was off today. So I had to pay the full price of 45 dollars to get it back on when it shouldn't have been but 35 dollars..They stole money from my son
Phone shut off because of lack of funds so i called yeaterday and spoke witj a agent and asked if there was anything that could be done to get service on because of being on unemploymeant and waiting on money and lady put me on hold a few times saying she was working on it then when she came back on phone again we got disconnected and she called me back and phone was back on and she told me that she had managed to get us service for a day and asked if that would be enough time for me to come up with my bridge pay and i told her i was going to try and we ended call not onve did she tell me she had changed my plan we had the 55 on both lines anyway we went to call family in mexico and was not allowed to make call so this morning i called at 9 am and apoke with an agent who could see that the agent the day before did not inform me she had changed our plan or even asked my permission to make changes to my plan she just took it upon her self anyway i qas told by first agent rhis morning tha
My company was hacked and held for ransom. My bill was coming do on the 26th of Augs. I called cricket on the 18th of Augs. Was told that a manager would call me back. Because of the ransom. I did not get a check. So I was trying to let all my crediters now what was going on. And give them with proof. I did not get a call back from a manager. So I called again. Was told that they only think that could be done to keep my phone on from the 26 to the 30th. Was to pay the bill. They would not listen to what I had to say. Because of this ransom we would not get our check till the 30th of August. That means I do not have any money coming in to August 30th. That I would pay and late fees or what ever I had to do. To keep my phone on for the few days in between. I also have to have my phone for work. With out the phone I would be fired. All of my other creditor helped and understood. But not cricket. I will be look into other wireless providers. That care about there customers and would help
I have been a part of cricket for a couple years I have a Cricket phone and a Cricket SIM card. I wrecked least through cricket when my phone broke I was waiting to replace it and using a different phone until I bought a new one from cricket during that. Of time I somehow lost my sims card before my phone number is completely deactivated and no longer my number I am trying to figure out how I get another sim card
I placed an online order for phones and service, paid, and have not received a confirmation email or the phones. My chargecard was charged for the order. The online bot gets hung up on the request. My phone calls to customer service have been terminated after about 30 minutes of hold, with no one coming on the line. How can I get this resolved???

I've had this error with your site for several years now. I eventually had to use a business card, because no card with my home address would go through. I would like to use a different card, but your system gives an error "Looks like your card information is incorrect. Please double-check it and try again."A Google search reveals I am far from alone with this longstanding issue. There is most definitely a glitch in your credit card system that causes it to reject cards with certain addresses, even though they are 100% accurate. I see a pending charge for $0 hit my card when I try to use it, but your system is still rejecting it. Your site is the only one out of hundreds I have used that has a problem with cards coming from my address. Please fix this already, instead of ignoring and/or denying the issue.
I have been trying for 2 months to get the EBB applied to my account. I even had a member from the national verifier team on the phone with me. Noting is getting done. I really need the help and I'm at a loss at what to do. I keep getting told tickets are open. Supervisors will call me back,it's not their fault, etc. Has anyone had any luck?
I was recently qualified for the emergency broadband benifet due to COVID-19 and when I was applied the discount to my billing account I was notified 2 different times from 2 different reps of the amount that was going to be owed for my account and it was stated to me the same amount I was told by both reps well I went on to my online account to pay my bill before my cutoff date and paid as I noted again same amount I was told to pay I paid it and I was showed a $0 balance for my account so this morning I reached for my phone to make a call and guess what no service fort a msg sorry your service is temporarily disconnected due to non-payment owed on your account I'm like wth I called customer service and was told you have a balance owed on your account with a restoration fee I'm arguing with the rep I'm connected with telling him everything that I'm mentioning here so I asked for the supervisor because first I'm pisses 2nd why was I told by to different reps the same amount due for my
