Is there any way to get this issue solved before 9am ET??????I paid the Bridge Pay amount like I do every month before the cut off date and time and my phone service still got cut off! This is HIGHLY inconvenient considering the type of work I do requires my service to be working properly! The next part is that customer service is closed and I can't seem to find a way to get any help after hours I guess you would say. So I'm going to have to wait another 8 hours just to be able to speak with a customer service agent! Help!!! The payment made is able to be seen, but isn't posted on the account!!!
I am on autopay. My bill is $160 per month. Autopay took $135 on Saturday and then my account was suspended. Then I had to pay a reinstate fee??? It is autopay and I’ve been using it for the past 4 years!!! So why is this my issue and why was I assessed a penalty when I am on autopay? Why did autopay take less than way was owed? And why is that my issue?
Bought a phone March 22nd was delivered March 23rd the shipping box and the iPhone 14 pro max box but NO phone. I have filed a claim with UPS and cricket is saying they can’t and won’t send me a new phone that has been paid for already. Cricket is going to be sued at this point!!!! This is ridiculous.
I had my service deactivated today and had to pay a reactivation fee due to an autopay billing glitch. I added hotspot feature yesterday to try to download a show an an ipad at the airport. Apparently my phone isn’t compatible with hotspot (Pixel 6 - unlocked) but Cricket doesn’t tell you that when you add the feature. That’s beside the point though. The issue is that my autopay happened on the 28th and the billing cycle started on the 29th. When I activated the hotspot feature, apparently it deducted from my autopay, and said that I had $0 balance. But what it actually did was deduct the funds from autopay, without updating the autopay amount, so when it tried to deduct from autopay for my new billing cycle I had insufficient funds and my account was suspended. I’ve talked to chat and a person and supervisor over the phone about this and no one will refund my reactivation fee. In my view, I never had a chance to avoid the account suspension or reactivation fee. Please someone see t
I tried using Progressive leasing to pay for a new phone, I was suppose to only pay $68 after the loan was approved. But the order did not go through because it said my address was incorrect, but Cricket wireless still continued to charge my credit card $68, without sending me a confirmation number or any way to show my recent transaction, I have all the information to verify my Loan account but I don't have an order number or reference number from Cricket wireless and you guys refuse to help me. Who do I contact?
I’m on https://www.cricketwireless.com/myaccount.html#/billingHistory trying to print out my billing history, month by month. I select the date range I want, and click “Print”. No matter which “Date Range” I select, the date range on the printout is always for the latest bill. The rest of the data is correct, but the date range is incorrect.
I forgot to pay my phone bill, like a lot of people do, so I called to restore my service. I found out how much I owed and I went to the my cricket app to pay my bill. Instead of restoring my service, Cricket took out THREE payments for the amount. On top of that, my service was NOT restored. How do I get my money back and by get my money back, I mean get my money back TODAY.
My phone got turned off last night and I paid the bill plus an extra 5$ and yet my phone is still off and I can’t call anyone because you idiots have no customer service line so I’m stuck now with no money because I had to pay the bill but the worse thing is I’m broke with no phone and now can’t work because you people don’t care about screwing your customers over.
I took out my SIM card and put it in my old unlocked LGV60thinQ . It started to work and then flashed a message saying it wasn’t going to work and to switch back to the right phone immediately, which I complied. Now my phone won’t work at all, it is telling me I need to pay to activate my line. I just paid $60 on Feb 22. And now another $60. And still have no account that is usable!!! What should I do???
I started an order online 02/18/23 I talked to a woman gave her my information I couldn’t understand she had broken English I don’t think she understood me so I told her to just cancel my order and I would go to a cricket store the next day and get the phone. She never asked my email so I went to cricket store next day and ported my number to cricket and got a new phone and the store activated it. Today 02/22/23 a duplicated phone was delivered from an Oder that was cancelled and charged my bank for the cancelled order. How can I return . You need my email to send me the mailing label. I thought it was odd I never got a confirmation email so she must not have asked for it. How do I return without the email from you with mailing label?
I'm on the affordable care program so $30 discount on a $30 plan and get 5gb of high speed data and I enrolled in auto-pay I know that seems silly but you get a 5$ credit towards your bill what I'd like to know is can I get another 5gb for a total of $40 5 of that payed for because of the credit but can I earn the remaining $5 through add it up if so I'd be getting double the gigs and hopefully at no cost out of my pocket any one have an answer to that one?
I sitting here in my room worried about what just happened. I was ordering a new phone for my dad and I bought him one but my card was charged 4 more times with the same phone when I only bought one. I only got one confirmation email about the phone being ordered and the others I didn’t even make.when I went to my banking app it said I was pending. Who should I contact about this. I don’t want my card to be charged that many time. I still want the phone I bought but I just want the other 4 transactions to be taken off my card and not be pending anymore.
So I went online on cricket to switch over to them and get the free iPhone se if I switch over my phone number deal and when i got all the way to the end of checkout they said they couldn’t process my order and to try again later but they still charged my card $180!! I never got an confirmation email for the order nothing but I’m sitting here at 11:44 pm and my bank just gave me a notification that the charge from 180 from cricket has gone from pending to completed! I’m freaking out cuz my current iPhone SE is broken asf cracked screen and I need a new phone before me and my husband move back home in match , I tried to do the order again and it told me they’re already trying to switch my number over to cricket so I’m so confused where is my confirmation email?!
Hello, This is Busra Taygun and we are using Cricket line for 5 years. When my parents came to Houston 5 years ago, They choose cricket line. We were trusting the service. We have never lived any problem with the line, while paying our bills. My uncle came to Houston 2 days ago and I wanted to help him about the lines and recommended him cricket line, even we added his phone number to our account. Anyway, We went to cricket store (7913 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77063) and the store manager told us, If you add a new line to your account, you will pay total $115. And we accepted that bought a new line and paid(62.87). After 1 day, I checked my cricket account and I saw there is more than $115 bill($122.50). I went to the store again and asked him this situation and he said I made a mistake it was $125 not $115. I have shocked with this answer. There is a store manager who sells lines, phones and services but does not know the prices?? He made me a fool. I shyly explained the situation
Cricket sends me a text thanking me for 6 months of being with their service. To celebrate, I pay MORE than my bill which is usually $41, and my service is suspended anyway. EVERY month since I've been with Cricket, I have received the ACP benefit, or affordable connectivity program, which takes $30 off of my $71 bill, leaving my bill to be $41. I set up bridge pay, and paid $25. Twice. That adds up to $50. So even with a $5 service fee for using the bridge pay, which would be $46, leaving me with a $4 credit. Yet my service is still suspended. I went into the store for help, and was told that they could not do anything. I called Cricket customer service, and was told the same thing. You are so welcome, Cricket, for 6 months of loyalty. Thank you for suspending my service, even though I paid more than my bill. Fantastic. How fast can I find another cell phone provider...? There must be some company that would actually appreciate 6 months of loyalty instead of shutting my phone off when
I tried paying my phone bill on 01/11/23. It kept saying error for some unknown reason yet to my surprise, the following day I saw that my card has 5 pending charges from cricket of $118 each and my phone was disconnected. The money has been taken out of my account although it says pending. I paid using a PayPal debit card and Paypal said that they are unable to help until 30 days have passed. That I needed to reach out to Cricket to have this resolved. I have tried reaching out multiple times the last few days, sat on hold for a long amounts of time and then have gotten hung up on each time. This is a last resort effort to get help. Hoping someone at Cricket can help.
