how do i cancel my last payment
I paid my bill in full before seeing and applying for the ACP benefits/program, I was accepted for 30$ of assistance, I just paid my 80$ bill, how do I cancel the payment without going through my bank branch?....I'd rather have the money and not a credit on my account,at the moment times are rough lol
Over charged- difficulty getting resolved
Hello all! I am a new customer who switched to Cricket on 7/8/22. I brought 2 lines and ordered the plan/phones all online because they didn’t have the phones we wanted in stock in the store and they recommended us to it all online. After reviewing my monthly statements- I see I was billed twice on 7/8/22 and again on 7/27/22- all three the same charged amount. When I reached out to customer service they see where I was billed 3 times, but they claim all on the same date. They are also saying they are unable to process a refund of the $421.96 that I was overcharged. They offered a credit to my account, but my account is showing a credit of 166.14 already- no idea where that came from. These billing practices and lack of appropriate resolution has me afraid I have made a terrible choice in choosing a carrier! Anyone have any advice on a better way to get this resolved. They told me to contact my bank- my bank did not overcharge me- Cricket did. I fail to see how this is good business pr
Why does my bill show what I owe doubled?
Why is it that when I use the online system to pay my bill earlier than the due date, I see that my amount due has been doubled? It should say that I only owe $58.00, but it shows $116.00 instead. I have never missed a payment. I don't understand this. Please explain.
paypal payment method authorization in progress phone suspended
Alright, so I go to pay my phone bill the other night. The same way I have done for the last 6 months. I selected PayPal. Once logged in my PayPal balance was the selected payment method. The cricket website was having a very hard time moving past that step. I waited a couple of hours, tried again. The website was being weird still. I check my PayPal account and there’s my payment authorization in progress for the payment. I didn’t think anything of it and said to myself that the next day it will go through and there’s no way my phone will be suspended. That was August 31st. Pupal says it’s the merchant and not them, but there is no way for me to cancel or anything else until at least 30 days have passed. I called cricket because there is absolutely no way I could be without a phone, but they told me that the problem was with paypal they aren’t showing any indication of payment and that they aren’t responsible for making authorizations. My phone is turned back on thanks to bridge pay.
Won't let me pay by phone or online
Trying to pay my bill which is due tonight and I’m getting an error message. I’m imputing the card numbers correctly and don’t know what the problem is. I hope I’m not charged a reactivating fee for not paying on time. I tried to call customer service and I got a message saying it was closed. I tried the chat and it was no help. Giving up after almost two hours. Happen same way last month and miraculously went through next day adding $15 to reactivate.A
Can You Reuse A Previously Used SIM?
I have 3 lines. My uncle, who is poor, lives in SF, Calif and let his Cricket service lapse. I want to add his phone to my plan.Also he already has an iPhone with a Cricket SIM in it (prior, but no current, service on that SIM). I have his IMEI and ICCID numbers.When I chatted w/Cricket their CSR said they'd have to sell me a new SIM which he'd have to install.Does anyone know how true this is? I’ll pay the “activation fee” or “fee fee” or whatever, but he’s not techy and I’d rather him not have to mess with his SIM.
explain the bridge pay policy
I've been with Cricket for more than 5 years I set a bridge pay multiple times they do not explain the policy of bridge pay they just take your money and let you figure out your own if you missed the due date that bridge pay is set up the money that you use for bridge pay it's not apply to your account you have to pay the full balance in order to get your service turned back on that is not what they explain to you when you set it up I spent more money on Bridge pay and still lose my money for bridge pay in order to double down to pay the service that is not acceptable you do not take people money like that and you don't explain it to your customers you treat your customers so poorly your services are poor you have buffering low speed service Dead Zone your phones don't work half the time I received a upgrade and it did not work it was nothing I could do about the phone I spend more money for nothing you have a app that's called added up which is the third party it applied to my account
Transaction went through but phone bill not paid.
Hello! At 11:00 PM I made a transaction with my card through Apple Pay to pay my phone bill but when it was processing through the screen randomly restarted and said that my card did not have the correct billing address but when I checked to see if anything was taken from my bank account $71.00 is pending saying the transaction was approved and went through though my phone bill is not paid. What can I do ? Please help.
returned phone no refund
I went through the process of returning a phone I did not end up liking within the return policy with the help of the warranty department.this was in March 2022as of august 2022 I have not received a refund or the phone back. I have called cricket customer service multiple times being into he line for over 3 hours at a time. I have also left messages with the warranty department as directed when you are transferred to that line.Further you can’t just go to a local store if you purchased online you have to go through the online return process. horrible service. At least send me back the phone if I am not getting a refund.
closed my account after paying $60 within 12 days
I did bridge pay 15 then 45 7 days later 2 days later I received a no data message. I called using my iPhone 11 they said was locked all of a sudden. Gave them imei number got disconnected they closed my account refuse to help me refund me. This is THE WORST COMPANY EVER HOW CAN YOU DO SOMEONE SO DIRTY.
My SECOND month having cricket wireless in lake county Fl. I pay 71$ monthly and will never pay again. You guys are thieves 71$ a month for a phone that has no service no matter where you go or what county your in. For everyone thinking about getting cricket DONT let them die off. You will just be wasting money time and energy.
The ACP benefit is no longer being applied to my account
The ACP benefit was being applied to my account but for some reason it stopped being deducted from my bill. So I went to the Lifeline application website and I reapplied, because it was asking me to. So I received another application ID and came back to the Cricket website to re-apply the benefit to my account. But it won’t let me go through the process giving me an error that reads “it looks like you already have service w another company, go back and click ‘transfer your service”. But it won’t let me do that either I guess bc It’s not a transfer. So if someone could help w this I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks
REFUND / BRIDGE PAY
I did a bridge payment then tried to pay the remainder on my cricket app, i ended up over paying $60. So i called Cs right away to have this corrected they told that it was now a credit on my account and if i wanted a refund i can call my bank have the payment reversed and they would approve it and then shut off my service..DOes this make any sense? I asked for the difference which was 60. my normal bill is 132 so on top of the 74 bridge i already paid, they will still disconnect my service and want me to call my bank and reverse it. then call back and pay again for another 30 days which cs told me would be 145 so more money than what i have over paid. isnt it ilegal to keep money that does not belong to cricket? and they want to force my $60 as credit? who can i call and report this to?anyother company would refund the difference of overpayment money that is not there’s to keep. I am furious on the poor CS. its simple cricket… refund my $60. ive been a customer for years.. YEARS!!
store rep stole information
OTP customer service is either bad or really bad and I received a terrible exp. But besides that here’s my issue. In a nutshell, someone walked into a Cricket store in a state that I don’t live in with a device that I reported stolen and not only were they successful at restoring the device the cricket employee accessed and changed my account without my permission. Why have a pin and no authorized users, if, Cricket will allow someone who stole your information and phone to walk into a store with stolen information and the stolen device and get helped? This person was not the account holder or authorized user and the cricket employee turned off my service to get a sale with a stolen device. Here’s my story and I hope it’s read throughly. The company cricket allowed someone to access my account without my permission twice in one day. I really hope that these calls are recorded because I can’t wait to hear them in court if need be. I have a Iphone7 I am supposed to have cricket wireless service that I have been paying monthly. For some reason when I put my inside number it says it is not compatible for cricket wireless service. I bought the Iphone7 from a Cricket wireless store and I am supposed to have cricket wireless service. I am not paying my bill until it is confirmed that I have one line and why does it show my Imei number is not compatible for the network I am supposed to have service on
I NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!! I'M EXTREMELY UPSET AND UNSATISFIED!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED MY WHOLE LIFE. THEY ARE RUDE UNHELPFUL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. I TRIED TO SET UP A BRIDGE PAY EXTENTION ON THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM IT SAID TO MAKE A 40 DOLLAR PAYMENT TO GET THE BRIDGE PAY EXTENTION I PAID THE 40 DOLLARS AND MY PHONE WAS STILL TURNED OFF. I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND WAS TREATED LIKE CRAP. AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. I WILL CHANGE CARRIERS AND NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!
Havent been able to ugrade phone
It's been two weeks. CRICKET keeps declining every card I have. I used my debit card first then I tried a credit card. When the credit card was used it said the address didn't match. It did. Now there's a pending charge on my credit card with no phone to show for it. Has any one else had this problem HOW do I fix it? It's becoming more and more bothersome. Nobody has a real answer when I call cricket
over charged on monthly payment
My monthly bill to be paid today was $157 I was charged that plus another $157 so a total of $322 and when I call customer service they said they did not do refunds that I would have to call my bank and my bank said that I would have to call back when the payment was posted when I call back to cricket and ask for more information they were rude and hateful all I want is the extra $150 that was charged to my debit card back to be put back on my debit card
