I use the ad it up app which pays for cricket I paid for my last months bill. But this month I gotten my bill for July 1st it's due. But I used as it up app and gotten it to zero dollars and it said it yesterday it was zero dollars until today it says I owe nine dollars and I only have taken a dollar off. Grant I have ebb even if I didn't have that I still have gotten the ten dollars off.
The cell tower in our neighborhood was removed about a month ago without any prior notice from Cricket. Just one day, we no longer had cell coverage in our neighborhood. This has impacted many people in our neighborhood. We still have not received any answers from Cricket despite many calls to the support department, in fact they show the tower as still active. On the other hand, AT&T customers are finally receiving some info (Cricket uses their towers) and are being told it could be couple of months for a new tower to be installed and they are receiving refunds. Cricket customers are not getting any answers, support, or refunds despite multiple phone calls. I’m writing here in hopes to finally get an explanation and a refund. In the meantime, we are looking into other service providers.
This can't get made up I swear... My phone got stolen. I got a old device and a NEW cricket sim card. I call to have my stolen phone placed on the stolen lost and activate the G7 supra I have. Which was done on the third of this month. About an HR later my G7 has no service or internet. While driving 2 1/2 hrs home from my father's surger for cancer. I call support and to find out they have placed the G7 on the stolen list instead of the LG Stylo which was stolen. I have called everyday to get my phone back on which is the main number for my father's doctors and I am power or attorney. With no phone service. Today finally they get my phone activated. And removed from the block list. It's the 11th at this point. So I ask what can be done about these days I haven't had any service. I paid for it yet I couldn't use it due to a cricket employee error. They offer 5$ credit... Lol really I pay 90$ a month that's 3$ a day and u offer 5 dollars. Cricket has a fairly user friendly app/website, however when it comes to checkout it sucks majorly! It keeps telling me the address has to be exactly as my debit card billing address, which it is! But it continues to give me an error. My husband has tried to checkout earlier this year and was having the same issue. Tried calling customer service and that sucks too, automated customer service is absolutely no help! And gives you minimal choices on what to help with. Sad that something so simple is made so complicated through checkout.
tried to switch my lifeline EBB account to cricket today, actually I started this process yesterday. Let me just skip the whole 5 hours of disconnects, phone shuffling me to one rep to another. Was discounted for the last time today because when I hit redial, they were closed. Now I tried logging into my lifeline account and it's no longer an active account. Oh and no EBB either. They charged me 55.00$ today and the only thing they did was create another cricket account which apparently I'm praying full price for. I need this taken seriously.A total of 9 phone calls from yesterday and today. someone in corporate should probably listen to those calls.So I'm out 55.00$ on a emergency assistance program, and have no access to my assurance FREE lifeline program. I can't even get a supervisor on the phone to even acknowledge the problem.where should I take this very valid complaint? Oh and did I say.... Emergency assistance program!!!
Hello, I have a question about my data not resetting. My family pays for an unlimited plan for everyone(I forgot which one) A couple days ago we renewed our data plan and everyone's cell data reset except mine, it hasn't reset in a while. I'm not sure what's going on but if there's some way to fix it that would be amazing. Sorry for the bad description I'm not really sure what to say. Thank you.
On 5-4-21 ordered a Influence phone to replace my Alcatel Insight that I had crushed screen Received the Influence at 8:30 next night . Loved the phone but it didn’t show any bars . Checked the sim and I was getting -116 to -119 dBm reading -120 being zero bars and -60 being 5 bars. Put the Sim back in old phone 3 bars and 4G service on the average . I have now put a App in the old phone and over a 5 minute period I will get from -100 to -50 dBm I’m .4 miles from a tower .Tried all the help files on Cricket . Called at 8:00 AM my time was on the phone or waiting untiled 7:45 PM that night when they finality decided that the phone was bad 11 hours and 45 Minutes .I wanted to exchange it for another Influence .But no they took it and my $25 set up fee under their 7 day return plan. Well, here goes. I've been a Cricket customer for a few years now. No problems with any of my devices or acct. etc…I finally upgraded my phone on Friday it's to be delivered today. My normal monthly Pmt is scheduled for today as well. My acct says "order pending", no changes can be made at this time. I just received a text stating that they couldn't process my Pmt & I need pay before end of cycle which is tomorrow or service is suspended. I looked at my acct and my auto pay is still active and normal. I tried to make a one-time pmt, shutting off auto pay AND IT WOULDN'T TAKE MY PMT BECAUSE OF ORDER PENDING!!!!I will be returning my unopened upgraded phone as soon as UPS delivers it today. I'm done with Cricket. Spectrum Mobile offers no contract, unlimited plans, with better products. I will be switching this month.runs for letting me Sent 😀
May 19 in the afternoon. I explained to a rep that 2 days before the next cycle begins I went online to cancel the service to avoid another charge, but it read online that I have a credit, it clearly said I have $60.00 credit. That's because of the one line I previously cancelled and that the balance due next was $0.00 because of that I decided to keep the service till I use up my credit with the new monthly charge if $30. But I later on found out that they charged my bank for $55.00 minus the $5.00 for autopay. That's not what it says online even to this date That's the problem I only found out about when I saw the charge on my bank account. His argument was that I was given the wrong information at that time. That's exactly is the problem and he doesn't seem to understand. If i was given the right information at that time I went online, my decision would have been different. I would have cancelled the service as I intended. Cricket wireless disconnected my phones without notice for payment issue, although I updated my billing information two days before the billing cycle. Apparently their auto system takes 7 business days to get the updates and yet I have to pay the sequence for such lousy system. They disconnected me from service and I have to pay $15 penalty to get my services back although its their own problemI found this very annoying and money extorsion.
cricket is always right, the customer is always wrong and if you dont like it, their supervisor says leave and go to another service
When I purchased my new phone which was an upgrade I also added a line and purchased a 2nd phone. I declined insurance on both devices since I got the glass protectors that come with a full phone replacement warranty if the screen cracks. This is the only issue we ever have anyways. Unknowingly to us she added insurance regardless of us declining. I did not find out until I went to pay my bill online that I had an extra charge for something but didn't say what first. At first it said 2 $30 plans and that my total was $76. I tried to find out what this was from so I paid a bridge pay until I was able to get it fixed. Once it finally showed at the end of my bridge pay what it was actually for, it was to late in the day to call the call center so I tried to remove it but it wouldn't allow me to pass the 2nd step. My service was suspended that night at midnight. Today I went to the store and they tried to remove it but it would not allow her to. She also said I had to call 611 to get
Havent got my refund of 753$ and it has been over a month now. Bought online a 256gb iPhone 11. Wasnt the correct one, cool, called got a shipping label emailed to me for 2 day shipping. The phone had not been opened neither had the sim cards. I was told to wait 7- 10 business days. Okay I waited and I had not had my return yet. I called back spoke with warranty and was told they had confirmed they had the device. So where is my refund? After so many calls I still have yet to be told when I would be getting my money back, why its taking so long, and if there is an issue let the customer know, plus they seem to not do anything about the issue. All they tell you is to wait. Warranty and CS. Yet Im still a customer, I guess I lost since I still have service with them. Be warned.
i have been with cricket for some time now with no problems, though over the past two months i didnt pay my bill, because i just wasnt using my phone, like at all, so now that i come back to it, it says my service is suspended, and i need to pay a reactivation fee, which is all fine and fair, though it wont let me? theres no option to pay it and i loaded the amount of my monthly cost into my account hoping that it would automatically take it since it was cricket credit, and it did not. am i forced to wait until the next billing cycle or is there a fix for this, its only a few days off from now, but itd be nice to get it working
I purchased a phone and a plan online for a family member. The total cost was $93.77 and it was paid with a Chase CC. I got the itemized receipt from Cricket showing the phone and the plan along with taxes had been paid in full. I also have a statement from Chase showing the posting date of the payment to Cricket. It took a few days to get phone but it arrived. I went online to activate the device and couldn’t get the last step in the process to activate the new phone. I have called and spoken to 5 clowns dressed up as customer service workers that couldn’t speak English any better than our house cat. When calling the help line, the first thing the automated systems tells you is that no Cricket employee will ever ask for your credit card information. So the first thing 3 of the service folks ask for is my credit card number, date and security code. To make a long story short, I paid for a plan and a phone. I ordered a phone and didn't want that model and sent it back the next day unopened ! I would like to simply purchase a different model but they are insisting they can charge me an upgrade fee on a phone I never even opened the shipping box let alone didnt even activate it ! Why cant they just waive 1 upgrade fee on one of the 2 new phones I want to purchase ?!?!? I filed a complaint with the better business bureau !
March 15th I ordered a new phone from cricket wireless online. When it showed up it had a cracked screen. I did not activate the phone or use it. I contacted customer support to ask for exchange. I was refused an exchange and was told company policy was to send it back for refund. Phone was returned, but was not given a full refund. Also, my account was locked due to "pending changes" so I couldn't even order another phone. I had a customer service agent remove the lock on my account. I also asked about my "upgrade fee" and he said I'd be refunded since I did not do an upgrade. Been waiting for my refund ever since. Today I contacted support through the chat app and lady told me she would escalate my issue and I'd for sure get refunded. Chat disconnected before we could finish the escalation. Instead of trying chat again I called to speak with someone only this time I was told upgrade fees are non refundable and I won't get jack. Asked to speak with supervisor who confirmed I'm not go
