I've had autopay set up for the past 5 or 6 years. It's never been an issue. Last month I see autopay didn't go through (although I'm unsure why). Today I wake up -- on Christmas -- to a phone that won't work. I look at my account and it has been suspended. Autopay didn't work as it should have this month either. Now they want me to pay an extra $15 to reactivate my SUSPENDED account. No ma'am! Autopay failed on Cricket's end. All of my info has been the same and never changed. Something's going on and I shouldn't have to pay a reconnect fee. Not happy right now, Cricket. I'm not happy at all. I need this issue resolved.
I am trying to order a new phone through the Cricket Wireless online store. I am using a Vanilla Visa debit gift card as payment. Mind you, the amount on the card DOES exceed the total price of the phone as well as the additional fees required! Plus, I’ve always been using such cards to pay my monthly bill. The issue I’m having now is, when I’m at the checkout page, I’m using the “Credit Card” option. When I input the card number, expiration date, CVV, and all that, then hit “Continue”, I keep getting an error message saying, “Your card was declined. Please use another payment method.”Why is this? I think I know what MIGHT be the issue. Where it asks for a first and last name, I tried MY first and last name and still didn’t work. I even tried “a gift” as the first name and “for you” as the last name and that didn't work either. There’s no “name” on this card.Any thoughts or suggestions as to how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I initiated bridgepay 11/25/2022 $80 then was told remaining $50 was due BEFORE 11:59 Dec 2 which I paid at 8:22 pm NOW my line is disconnected and they want me to pay $125 saying I was misinformed and they sent all the lines a text saying the balance was $59.73 WTFFFF EF CRICKET I guess I rather struggle with another company than this company. They don’t help they are thieves🤬so t try he $50 I paid yesterday I lose🤬hell no I’d rather go back to boost
My acp discount got cut off due to my changing addresses.Someone at Cricket Customer Service determined the best thing was to close my acp account and re-open a new one. Not sure if that was right or wrong but that's where a saga of close to a dozen calls and at least 4 hours of my time on hold and talking to Cricket CSR's began. The many problems I encountered with Cricket Customer Service Reps and Cricket's phone menu system:* Every time I called I had to wait 15-20 min just to get through. When you call them here in Central FL they answer with a menu re routing your call, then once the call is routed, it is routed to a recording which states they are experiencing high call volume and the wait will be at least 10 min.No option to call you back, you either sit and wait or you will *never* get through, which seems to be what they are hopiing. *Every* call begins with this 10-20 min wait.* While waiting for 10-20 min you are annoyed with overly loud commercials for cricket and an annoyin
Why does cricket seem obsessively intent on driving away existing customers? Most there phones are crap and when they get so old you need a new one just to keep making calls the deals are so horrible you can easily get new ones for free somewhere else and most cases your bill will go down too.... they're business plan is beyond any reason or comprehension. Just read reviews im far from the only one of this opinion...
My employer requested my phone records for the month of Sept 2022 and I had 45 days to get it. Cricket customer service told me the only way to get this information I would need a Subpoena. What is a Subpoena? It is not a simple letter you just go to the court house and get. You need to hire a lawyer by the hour to get you a court date, for which you will have to pay all the court fees. Once you get your court date, you got to explain to the judge why you need the Subpoena, at which point he will award one for the lawyer to submit to ATT and at that point ATT has 30 days to reply, either to deny the request or send you the documents. You need to know exactly who the subpoena needs to be served to, if you serve it to the wrong the department you will get nothing. The conclusion, a subpoena to generate documentation is not a easy process that you can do yourself, you will need legal assistance and it will cost you a lot of money, just to have access to your own records. Unfortunately for
This could be very lengthy and a questionable use of my time. The synopsis is this: For the second month I attempted to pay my Cricket bill using their suggested online link. Payment was made prior to the due date deadline. Account showed a balance of $110 dollars. I made the payment, and the balance then showed zero dollars. No, a text was not received, but the balance on the account showed zero dollars. In fact, it STILL showed zero dollars after my account was suspended. Should I post screenshots to show I’m not lying? So I wound up talking online to “Ted S.” about the situation which was a complete waste of time. I think all Ted did was read from the scripts and send me pre-setup messages (I’m in Informational Technology so I’m very aware of the world of scripting.) Finally TED S. encouraged me to call the customer support number and I spoke with “Paula” (with a thick overseas accent). A further waste of lots of time. I’m billed out at 85$ dollars an hour, and here
I ordered two phones and a service plan online, I received the phones but never activated the service or did the number port. I requested a refund within 7 days which went through and showed I would get the full amount I paid but cricket has refused to refund the charge for the month of service.I will dispute the charge on my credit card but this is completely insane, customer service is horrible. I will never use cricket as a company again if I need to go through my credit card company to fix it.Will anyone be here correct the problem?
I’m not the first person with this issue if you look through the community forum. I was double charged for a phone I purchased through cricketwireless.com and when I tried to get one of the charges reversed by calling Cricket “Customer Support”, the person I spoke with told me to dispute the charge with my bank… fast-forward a week after I disputed one of the charges and my phone was reported “lost or stolen” by Cricket Wireless for a charge back. I wasn’t given a phone call, text, or issued a warning of any kind that this had happened, my phone just stopped working. I called Cricket Wireless “Customer Support” five times the same day my phone stopped receiving calls (calls to cricket support go through just fine) to get the issue sorted out and each time I got a different person with a different suggestion of how to resolve my issue. Clearly customer support is not a priority of Cricket Wireless. I eventually happened to get someone on the online chat support that went as far as t
As of 1 hour ago, both voice and data have stopped working and received a SIM not provisioned error mm#2. Also when i try to call in for some reason my account PIN is no longer working and it does not let me go past the phone menu for support. I had my pin written down and i am sure it is correct so something must be going on with my account in order for it not work at all , please help. Every time i try the customer line i get disconnected as well even when calling from another phone.

Hello all! I am a new customer who switched to Cricket on 7/8/22. I brought 2 lines and ordered the plan/phones all online because they didn’t have the phones we wanted in stock in the store and they recommended us to it all online. After reviewing my monthly statements- I see I was billed twice on 7/8/22 and again on 7/27/22- all three the same charged amount. When I reached out to customer service they see where I was billed 3 times, but they claim all on the same date. They are also saying they are unable to process a refund of the $421.96 that I was overcharged. They offered a credit to my account, but my account is showing a credit of 166.14 already- no idea where that came from. These billing practices and lack of appropriate resolution has me afraid I have made a terrible choice in choosing a carrier! Anyone have any advice on a better way to get this resolved. They told me to contact my bank- my bank did not overcharge me- Cricket did. I fail to see how this is good business pr
Why is it that when I use the online system to pay my bill earlier than the due date, I see that my amount due has been doubled? It should say that I only owe $58.00, but it shows $116.00 instead. I have never missed a payment. I don't understand this. Please explain.
Alright, so I go to pay my phone bill the other night. The same way I have done for the last 6 months. I selected PayPal. Once logged in my PayPal balance was the selected payment method. The cricket website was having a very hard time moving past that step. I waited a couple of hours, tried again. The website was being weird still. I check my PayPal account and there’s my payment authorization in progress for the payment. I didn’t think anything of it and said to myself that the next day it will go through and there’s no way my phone will be suspended. That was August 31st. Pupal says it’s the merchant and not them, but there is no way for me to cancel or anything else until at least 30 days have passed. I called cricket because there is absolutely no way I could be without a phone, but they told me that the problem was with paypal they aren’t showing any indication of payment and that they aren’t responsible for making authorizations. My phone is turned back on thanks to bridge pay.
