Line suspended even though I paid in full and on time!

Two months in a row now! What is the problem here. I am pretty sure how this works is this... I pay my bill, on time, and you provide me with the ability to call out, send text messages and surf the web. So why now two months in a row am I sitting here and am unable to use my phone service and data service that I have paid for on time. This is crap! And I sure hope they plan to make this right in so e way shape or form. I don't pay for their service for nothing, I expect to be able to use what I pay for and when I want to use it. That's the way this is supposed to work. Please,by all means. Correct me if I am wrong here!!!
