The cell tower in our neighborhood was removed about a month ago without any prior notice from Cricket.  Just one day, we no longer had cell coverage in our neighborhood.  This has impacted many people in our neighborhood. We still have not received any answers from Cricket despite many calls to the support department, in fact they show the tower as still active.   On the other hand, AT&T customers are finally receiving some info (Cricket uses their towers) and are being told it could be couple of months for a new tower to be installed and they are receiving refunds.  Cricket customers are not getting any answers, support, or refunds despite multiple phone calls.  I’m writing here in hopes to finally get an explanation and a refund.  In the meantime, we are looking into other service providers.
