We have 5 phones on our plan and I just replaced one of the phones. Supposedly if you buy online there is no activation fee as is clearly stated. I have auto pay set up so they pulled out $25 less than the normal bill since I paid the $25 dollar activation fee when I bought the phone.  This morning our phones were all not working. Cricket said I now owed $40 (25 for the money supposedly owed plus 15 reactivation). Has anyone else had this problem and is there anyone I can contact to get this fix? I can't believe even with auto pay they screwed this up so bad. Sad because I really like the service.

I tried that James. I explained that when you upgrade your phone at the bottom of the page it shows free next day shipping and no activation fee online. I was told the no fee activation was only for new customers, I suggested that incorrect statement be removed from when you are upgrading. Also explained that if this was true why did cricket pull amount due minus the 25 bucks with auto pay? I also couldn't get an answer on why the day auto pay occurred I received a text stating they were pulling additional $25 bucks the next day and instead just shut off our phones making me pay a $15 reactivation fee (that was inappropriate on Cricket's part). Why did they not pull the $25 as text stated? We have 5 phones for a few years with Cricket and are very happy with service, but it's a shame that Cricket caused all of this and can't give me any answers why this happened. Thanks

Disgusted to the highest with cricket, I called Saturday set up bridge pay, I give them my debit card numbers and they go to process payment and it says something wrong payment not processed. So I do it again same thing happens. Next thing u know they take both payments overdraw my bank account and hit with a $35 fee. And get this 3 days in a row I can’t get anyone on phone this ans cricket is a nightmare
