Am sick and tired of crappy customer service. Y'all can take money off my card in seconds but can't put my money back. I'm over it. Not calling cricket, not reaching out on Twitter or Facebook. That's useless. I'm reaching out to my credit card company. Turns out you all have a history of not wanting to refund customers money. You can play the whole 5-7 days with me but I bet you don't do that with my credit card company.
