I bought a phone online on 06/16/2020.
On the 18th the phone was sent by UPS.
On the 23rd the phone was returned to Kansas City, Mo. by UPS, because according to them the address was incorrect, I called them and they verified that the address had no problems.
On June 29, UPS sent the phone from Kansas to Forth Worth, Tx and was received there on 07/01.
Previously I had made the claim at Cricket and then I called several times to find out the status of the claim and they were trying to start the process again, even though I already had a case number. Later they told me to wait for them to contact UPS to investigate what happened and then they would call me to inform me of the conclusion of the case, today is July 21 and there is no response.
If Cricket already received the phone and they know it was not my fault (I have evidence because I made a screenshot of the entire purchase process and the UPS tracking), the only thing that interests me is that they return the money, and that they dedicate the time they deem convenient to solve that problem with UPS.
