Paid on time then shut off an hour later

Customer service would not listen so I wanted to share my frustration somewhere before I switch to Mint Mobile.  I paid my bill on time and then an hour later they shut me off.  I was late all the time prior to this because I always forgot and paid at last second PST.  I didn't notice that Cricket went by CST.  That's my fault. But not this time.  I was able to talk to a customer service rep that said if I wanted my service I had to pay the $5.  I had proof I paid early and that didn't matter.  He just kept saying they would gladly start my service again as soon as I pay the $5.  When I kept getting madder and madder on the phone he put me on hold.  They were just being jerks because it was 1 hr 45 minutes on hold.  I finally gave up.
