Your system was down without notifying your customers, my bridge payment was due. I could not make my payment cause of your system update. Know you want my full amount. That's absolutely wrong. Fix IT

It took an hour on the phone with customer service. If they were actually listening to me and not worried about the script they are reading off of. They didn't believe me and told me I was lying. I. The end I got a credit for the 20 I has already paid. It's was not my fault you system was down.
