Placed order, payment processed, yet no email or phones

I placed an online order for phones and service, paid, and have not received a confirmation email or the phones.  My chargecard was charged for the order.


The online bot gets hung up on the request.  My phone calls to customer service have been terminated after about 30 minutes of hold, with no one coming on the line.  


How can I get this resolved???

I am sorry, I do not use those social media accounts.  How else might I contact the support team?
