I called the auto service to make a payment and to set up my auto pay. Once I made my payment I went back thru the prompts to set up my autopay. The system took out another payment. I tried to call customer service to get the payment reverse and the rep advise me to contact my bank which will charge me 40 dollars. After asking to speak to a supervisor he transfer me the social security phone line. Im furious I was already on hold for 10 mins waiting on a rep and then the rep I get dont wanna do his job. I truly hate cricket. I will be canceling 1 of my lines and transfer it out today and do the same with the other 1 later this year. I pay ontime every month and refuse to keep paying for poor customer service.
