Refund on returned phone


So on Oct. 5, 2019 I purchased a phone online and had it sent to the wrong address (my fault) so the persons refused the package and was sent back to Cricket. Fast forward a week and still no refund for the returned phone. I call them on and ask them about my refund and was told I will be issued to me in 5 to 7 days...they already had the phone back a week. So I wait 10 days and still no refund so call back and customer service rep tells me I’ll have it refunded back on my card 1-2 days wait 3 days still no money call AGAIN and was told same thing so I call back and ask to speak to supervisor and was put on hold 30 mins and no one ever came to answer my call. So call back next day and was told it taking so long because they just got to my case and someone will call me back that day or next but they put a “rush” on it so I should get my money back soon. Well it’s November 5, 2019 and STILL NO REFUND!

Did you ever get your refund I'm having the same problem now.

How do I get assistance if I dont have facebook or twitter 

This is ridiculous and made me thankful this order was never recieved.
It has been well enough time for you to see the shipment has never been opened and in the perfect conditions you sent them in. Since they were never received and shipped back to you the next day. And it's been confirmed you had received it back.
Your service is far from anything close to good. I don't need to call my bank yrs of great service.
Just like my mobile service years of service and never can I imagine what I was thinking making a change!
I already had great service. Especially compared to Cricket.
Dear Lord I can only imagine how that would've been a complete disaster.
I need my money back. NOW!!
IT'S ONE BS STORY EVERY TIME I CALL. I have been escalating 4 times and I am not going to have much more complaints filed with you.
I may need to file a complaint against you for stealing and falsely claiming reliability. And I might need to see what my lawyers need to tell yours.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
My quest: Did the Cricket support team and Cricket Nation see that I changed my interest?
I went to Cricket @Twitter and Facebook as your formal formatted reply suggested every inquiry to do. Did you see it?
Do you have any advice on how to escalate my action?
I still have not heard even a chirp out of these Crickets.

I got my credit card company involed i cant believe the can rob people they way they have been wtf
I too got mine involved to get the credit back and an open investigation on Cricket. It looks like they have robbed quite a few customers. As I said it is Ridiculous
I started messaging them on Facebook and now I'm only getting my money returned from my phone and the other money went somewhere else on my account I guess scam artists written all over it I can't believe this bull crap

same problem .. only i bought on line and on the website it is clearly stated you can return phones at the store ... store refused to take take the phone ...I UPS the phone back .. I have provided UPS tracking as proof or receipt of the phone by cricket. I have spent hours on the phone with these people who simply dont have the authority to help.  The last case no was 2007171536357 and I called again today only to get transfered to the only people who can issue credits and guess what it was the same 611 customer svc number .. I suggest we all go to small claims court as a group and sue for all the time and aggravation.

I’m going through these Issue still no refund since Feb 15 of this year what a joke they just keep 2 iPhones I paid for and 4 months of service I received nothing
