It has been well enough time for you to see the shipment has never been opened and in the perfect conditions you sent them in. Since they were never received and shipped back to you the next day. And it's been confirmed you had received it back.
Your service is far from anything close to good. I don't need to call my bank yrs of great service.
Just like my mobile service years of service and never can I imagine what I was thinking making a change!

IT'S ONE BS STORY EVERY TIME I CALL. I have been escalating 4 times and I am not going to have much more complaints filed with you.
I may need to file a complaint against you for stealing and falsely claiming reliability. And I might need to see what my lawyers need to tell yours.

same problem .. only i bought on line and on the website it is clearly stated you can return phones at the store ... store refused to take take the phone ...I UPS the phone back .. I have provided UPS tracking as proof or receipt of the phone by cricket. I have spent hours on the phone with these people who simply dont have the authority to help. The last case no was 2007171536357 and I called again today only to get transfered to the only people who can issue credits and guess what it was the same 611 customer svc number .. I suggest we all go to small claims court as a group and sue for all the time and aggravation.

I’m going through these Issue still no refund since Feb 15 of this year what a joke they just keep 2 iPhones I paid for and 4 months of service I received nothing
