I ordered a phone online in April through Affirm. I also returned in April. I have been on the phone with every department for at least over an hour each time with no resolution. Has anyone else had trouble getting a refund through Cricket?
I honestly think someone there just refunded the money to their personal card because every time an agent looks it up it says the refund was processed in store.
