Cricket this is just bs. My service was supposed to be good until 11:59 pm. I paid in full at 11:44 pm. Only to find out that my account has been suspended and a $45 reactivation fee must be paid in order to restore or service?!?! Not to mention my fathers in the hospital just suffered a medical emergency and now he nor the doctors can get ahold of me. Wtf cricket??I AM BEYOND LIVID seeing as my service should have never been disconnected anyway....There is NO WAY to contact anybody in person.The "chat" with "us" is actually a stupid bot that doesn't have the ability to fix or help with ANYTHING....So, now, I have no phone service. I've PAID for my families phone service, ON TIME, but yet our phones are deactivated. REALLY CRICKET.
We’re sorry to hear this! All payments are due by 11:59 pm CST on your due date, regardless of the number of days in the billing cycle. Did you pay the full amount that was sent to you in your text messages from Cricket?
I just had the same problem but im on the road at 12:30am trying to get home use my gps phone go off bs call this morning they talking about I didn’t call to set up other bridges pay if I didn’t how i knw tht i need to pay $23 on Nov 21 the online dont give you tht information then she going say we will waive $5 action fee really
My service suspended even I am on auto pay and I did not do any change to my account more than 2 years. It probably happened all the time, I just did not realize since I only use the phone occasionally. I believe that is the software design and company must know this unless they are willing to change the design system.
I paid my phone bill on time also and I have been suspended for 3 days. Have been on phone every day and at the local store. Have proof that cricket took my money out of my account and they still say they do not have my money and will not turn on phones or give money back. I am so mad I refuse to pay again when I my bank statement said they got the money. Even the bank clerk said they have your money they should find it

I am going through the exact same thing. I did everything right but I realized I didnt make the 11:59 pm cut off time because I'm pacific standard time. They want you to pay 11:59 central time. I missed the fine print. Lesson learned. I'm not making that mistake again. What makes me the most upset is that I'm on ACP (affordable connectivity program) so I get a discount on my bill. Because I made a mistake and didntmy bill before their cut off on their specific time zone, the discount for that month is null and void. I struggled to pay the discounted rate before 11:59 pm MY time zone and now because of that first time honest mistake I made, not onky forced to pay more than I can afford, Im forced to pay even more for the reactication fee $15. Im also new to Cricket. This is my very first month of ever having Cricket in my life so Im unaware of all their rules & schedule of fees. Im so broke that when I went into the store to pay cash for my bill and was told i would be charged $4 fee to make the payment in the store, i turned around and walked out. I didnt have the extra $4 so I had to go make a deposit of that money so I could make the payment online which is why I was cutting it so close with the cut off time. You wouldnt believe all the things i had to get done thag day and that just added so much more including creating and setting up my online Cricket account so I could pay it. Like I said im brand new. I had a wonderful first experience I thought for sure customer service would help me out and waive at least the reaçtivation fee after hearing my circumstances and me assuring this would never happen again but i was wrong. Customer service didnt care what my circustances was and did nothing to help me. My first interaction with them sold me to open 2 lines and get 2 phones. My second interaction made me feel that first time was actually deceiving. I'm upset, angry & fearful because of all this added financial stress and I feel I was deceived. So I don't know what I'm gonna do if I'm going to stay with them.

Yea, I tried to make my payment multiple times on the due date and their app kept crashing, I've never been late on a payment ever in the more than a decade I've been with cricket so I guess I didn't realize that an hour past midnight my service would be disconnected so I was waiting a bit until their app issues would be fixed. Next day I'm charged the reactivation fee and still can't pay over the app because it's still crashing so I'm forced to call and pay the $4 for having to pay over the phone, I have called a representative five times today, disconnected twice, and once spoke with a supervisor that was the rudest person I think I have spoken to in a long time, he was laughing at me, being sarcastic with me, calling me a liar even though he can see that in 13 years I've always made my payments on time. I could not believe the way he was talking to me. I am considering leaving cricket which would take a lot for me to do because I just cannot believe the level of disrespect they could have for somebody.
