service suspened with auto payon

My service was suspended even though I have auto pay on. I made no changes to my account in the last 6 months and there are no issues with my card that the auto pay is set up with. why did this happen

I filed a formal complaint with the FCC. I can't wait to see what they have to say.  They cost me a bunch of money bc I missed out on over a week worth of pay.  So ya.  Fairshakes is getting a call in the AM bc my phone been suspended my bill was due on the 26 of last month and tomorrow gonna make 10 or 11 days.   Plus I missed a week's worth of doctors appointments and I have 4 appointment s a week where they call my the day bf to let me know when to come in.   Nobody wants to give me a solution to my issue so I'm gonna make them awnsers.  I've already got the confirmation email from the FCC. Cricket will get 30 days to respond.
