unable to make payment on app due to app update

I have tried over and over to make a payment by phone through the Cricket app but the app went into an update.

now my phone is off and the payment did not go through.

now the bill is higher and I need to pay to reactivate my account.


please credit the reactivation

charge and let me pay my bill as usual with no fees this was not any of my doing and I was unable to pay due to the update

If the Cricket app went into an update while you were trying to make a payment, it's possible that the update might have caused the issue. Check if the app has completed updating, and try opening it again to make the payment.
