If I had the chance to call anyone, I would call my grandfather. He passed away a few years ago, but he was one of the most important people in my life. He was always there for me, no matter what. He taught me so much about life, and I miss him every day.
One of my favorite memories of my grandfather is from when I was about 10 years old. I was playing in the backyard when I fell and scraped my knee. I was crying and my grandfather came running over to me. He picked me up and held me close. He told me that everything was going to be okay. He cleaned my scrape and put a bandage on it. Then he sat down with me on the porch and told me a story.
My grandfather was always there for me, no matter how big or small the problem was. He was the best grandfather anyone could ask for.
