Hi, I’m interested in how the eSIM/dual sim will work with cricket and the new iPhones? I travel a fair bit in the US and at times don’t have service through cricket. Could I have Cricket be the eSim and have say a Verizon data sim that I could use also?

Thank you for visiting and posting on the Cricket Community Forum! Apple says that you can add lines from two different carriers -- if your iPhone is unlocked and this is the major catch. If your phone is not unlocked, both plans must be from the same carrier. If a CDMA carrier -- such as Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost and Virgin -- provides your first SIM, your second SIM won’t support CDMA.

Now that the feature is released will cricket have esim support?

Is there any reason that Cricket would leave promotional material up on its website advertising sales of phones with features that Cricket doesn't have any plans to support? If Cricket isn't supporting the feature, #1 - why would I buy a phone with that feature from Cricket, & #2 - why would I stay with Cricket as a phone provider if that feature was important to me?

We went through this with Cricket regarding WiFi calling. It was available on AT&T for a long time before Cricket implemented the feature for its subscribers. It's not rocket science; your parent company already offers it on their phones/services, what's the holdup with Cricket?

Is the dual sim supported yet or not? If so I just wasted my money on buying a new iPhone SE from you guys. I bought it cuz I have two lines through you guys. I have a personal number and a business number and if I can’t use the dual sim feature then it’s pointless and wasted money
