Hey Cricket Nation!

Like my father and his obsession with his sports car, Cricket is always tinkering underneath our hood to bring the best performance to our customers. We have been laser focused on upgrading our systems to add more security and protection to customers that use our digital services. Yay!:tada: We are instituting a single sign-on process that will bring speed and an additional layer of safety to the sign on process.

Unfortunately, we have hit some bumps in the road while upgrading our systems  . If you have tried to sign into the myCricket app recently, you may have noticed that your login information wasn't accepted. Chances are that you use an email address to sign into our systems. The new upgrade requires users to sign in with a user name versus their email address (re: safety).

Don't worry. We have a solution. You just have to create a new user name and password to have access to all of your account information.

One small step to ensure that your account information is safer and access is quicker. An email from Cricket has been sent to all users that have been affected by this change. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

As always, thanks for being apart of the Cricket Nation!

I appreciate that you are focused on upgrading your systems to add more security and protection for your customers. I am also excited about the new single sign-on process that you are instituting.

I understand that there have been some bumps in the road while upgrading your systems, and I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. I am glad to hear that you have a solution in place, and that you have sent an email to all users who have been affected by this change.

I will create a new username and password to ensure that my account information is safer and that I can access my account more quickly.

Thank you for your commitment to providing excellent customer service.

To fix this issue, you will need to create a new username and password. You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Go to the myCricket app sign-in page.
  2. Click on "Forgot Username or Password?"
  3. Enter your email address and click on "Continue."
  4. You will receive an email from Cricket with a link to reset your password.
  5. Click on the link in the email and create a new username and password.
  6. Once you have created a new username and password, you will be able to sign into the myCricket app.

I know that this is an extra step, but it is necessary to ensure the safety of your account information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
