About to lose my Job because of Cricket

Because of Cricket not wanting to provide me with my phone records, I am about to loose my job.

Cricket wants a subpoena in order to release my phone records and to get a subpoena is a long and expensive process for which I don’t have the money nor the time, I need these records now within 15 days.

A life long career with a good company down the drain just because I can’t provide my phone records.

Thank you Cricket.

 

Be warned, watch out, if you ever find yourself in legal issues where you need your phone records quick, you will be screwed with Cricket.

Hi @poder2k we thank you for reaching out to CricketSupport! We are sorry to hear of this, but in order to get the phone records for your service you will need to send us a subpoena asking for the call records. You can fax it over to (888) 938-4715 or call our center for records at 1-800-635-6840.
