Access to My Account is unavailable.

Every time I try to login to my cricket account by the app or website I receive  this message “Access to My Account is unavailable. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) for help.”

@Amm120381 -- I have had the same issue for about 10 days. Cricket has not resolved my issue, even if they continue to claim that they have solved it. 

I am curious if you are using an iPhone app, or using a Mac computer -- apple products? My phone and computer are both Apple products, and two of the cricket service people I’ve spoken to in the last week have quietly said that there are many people with this same issue using Apple products. This is very frustrating. 

I wrote a long description to this forum, but don’t know if it will be posted any time soon. However, I would like to know if you have this issue with an Apple product or another type of phone. 



I am currently having the same issue.  No problems with signing into the website just the app.

I have an iphone 12 pro max on ios 15.x.x and also trying to use a browser on a Windows PC.

Both tell me my account is unavailable. Calling customer service is a zero and a fail.

No one is able to help me get to my account. I NEED access to my account.

Retail stores cannot help me, customer service cannot help me.

My account has 5 lines, been a customer for 10 years. This is really frustrating. It all started

late 2021. No one is helping.




Possible solution, try it:


I do not have facebook or twitter, and I refuse to be forced into them. I will be finding a new wireless provider. So long Cricket.


I’ve had the same issue. I was able to get into my account but when asked for credit for all the mess I was put thru, I was denied and I was also never given information of these changes on how you log in. Poor customer service for a long time customer. I am looking into other services. I can’t afford anymore hassles. I’ve had more than one issue with Cricket for 6 months now. I use my phone to clock in at both my jobs. My phone is truly my lifeline. I am very disappointed. 


Yes me too I gonna change of provider, to much bull shit  with cricket it been weeks from now and nobody wants to help me to resolve this problem

And the ultimate answer was to create a new account. That works and no hiccups at all creating it

and linking it to your phone(s).

Using a browser on a PC or a MAC, or a phone. The problems originally comes from an internal

CricketWireless problem. Simply creating a new account allows access.

P.S. I have zero FaceBook and Zero Twitter/X so I will never see what is going on there.
