I am in a weird situation- I used to live in the United States but don't live there anymore. I need to cancel my Cricket account, but my phone is broken. Is there some email or something I could use to cancel my account? Thanks for the help.

Thank you for reaching out to us.  If you are not able to have access to your account then you will need to get in contact with customer care to have the line cancelled.  An option would be to have a friend or family member in the US help you out by contacting us on social media or calling customer care.
