I purchased an iPhone 14 through cricket online on sept 28. I tried to activate on oct 7 and immediately  was unable to complete activation.  Apparently the iPhone 14 w/ an esim is beyond crickets capabilities I reached out to them via chat, they created a ticket and they tried to call me, my phone blocked it automatically. So I called back. I was informed that the activation issue with my phone was being handled by their “BACK END TEAM” and that I would have to wait for them to call me back and they would not take my call. I have not heard from them since and have called countless times just to be told time and time again by the reps that they can not help me and I have to wait for this top secret back end team to reach out to me. They refuse to unlock a phone they sold me that they can not fix. I need help contacting a real person at cricket that is actually concerned with customer service and resolution. I hate cricket and can not wait for this phone to be free of them. They will not even let me return the dang thing
