Hi, I recently upgraded my iphone to a new one (iphone 11).
The package was delivered with a new sim card as well as a new phone, so I put the new sim card in my new phone.
Following the instruction, I tried to activate it online, but it consistently failed to find my order, showing an error message like “Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. Please try again later.”
My new phone looked to work well without activation, but I found that iMessage and FaceTime were not activated on my new phone and the text message was still sent to the old phone.
Could you help me to solve this issue?
