Cricket has, yet again, decided to close their customer service to their customers hours before their listed hours. This has been going on for months and every rep I’ve brought this up to just says I’m lying and must not know what time it really is. Well, right now I tried it again at 9:44pm ET and was told to come back when they’re open, even though they are open till 11:00pm ET every night.
Cricket needs to update their hours to let people know when they are actually willing to help their customers instead of just helping whenever they feel like it at random times of the day.
