Our service has been completely out for 2 days now in New Waverly Texas.
We have had absolutely no service in 2 days in New Waverly Texas
It seems there are multiple states having the same service issues. Many of us, from different states, were told there was a tower down in our area when we called customer service. How can that be true for all of us??
I have been a Cricket customer for 20 years now and I can't remember a time when I consistently had only 2 bars of service unless I was out in the country. What is REALLY going on??? I drive all day for my job and use google maps to get me where I'm going. I can't tell you how many times this year I have been stuck because my stupid service is so slow. If something doesn't change soon I will be forced to find a different carrier.
We aim to provide a safe and reliable network for all of our customer but we cant guarantee 100% service because of natural barriers such as trees, altitude changes. etc. We are investing in our network to make our connections stronger. We hope that the signal gets stronger in your area of the country soon.
