AT&T Cricket outage

Cannot make phone calls, send messages. My network service is not displayed on my phone. I have no 4G or LTE since 11:30 on 10-23-18.

Same here. It’s been happening on and off for almost two weeks. I contact cricket and they tell me there is a tower down in my area and they are working to fix it, yet it happens in multiple places not just my house. Let me know if you get any help that actually works because I’ve done everything they’ve told me to do and it’s not solving anything at all.

I wanna know what's going on with the issues in TN I have been fighting to get mobile data for about a week now. Its been going super slow or timing out not loading at all!!! Ugh why? Is there an outage or some type of issue please let me know!!!

It seems there are multiple states having the same service issues.  Many of us, from different states, were told there was a tower down in our area when we called customer service.  How can that be true for all of us??

I have been a Cricket customer for 20 years now and I can't remember a time when I consistently had only 2 bars of service unless I was out in the country. What is REALLY going on???  I drive all day for my job and use google maps to get me where I'm going.  I can't tell you how many times this year I have been stuck because my stupid service is so slow.  If something doesn't change soon I will be forced to find a different carrier.

Me and some of my neighbors , other people haven’t had no service since Friday. What is going on with AT&T & cricket? Why hasn’t anything been looked at or worked on so we can have service on here in wilder Idaho & other areas around here back up & running. I would like to have service again thanks

It's been a mess. My husband and I have been texting. I'm stuck in canada atm and him in Texas. He hasnt gotten any texts tonight for over 2 hours. He lives in Sherman Texas. This service is horrible in Perrin Field Aka DENISON TX and Sherman has been hell. They've been fixing their towers but when it rains or have power lines and trees unreliable service. You need to stop it up cricket!

Service outage in 49913. I live like a mile and a half away from the tower, so don't give me the typical line of sight, trees, etc. I have also restarted the phone 2X and made sure apn settings are correct. We have no storms in the area, it's 50 deg and sunny. It has been getting worse and worse. FIX IT!!!! or I want a refund for any days lost due to service outage.
