So we're expected to be thankful to only have to pay $150 for a phone when a new customer pays $10? If your company doesn't appreciate loyalty then why am I being loyal? Thanks for making my decision to change carriers easy.
"We appreciate your loyalty and we apologize for any frustrations. Cricket appreciates all of our customers which is why we offer upgrade discounts..." No you don't! That's the problem. For instance, the Nokia 3.1 plus is listed on Nokia's own website with a MSRP of $79.99. You claim the full price is $159.99 and your "upgrade discount" price is $99.99 (plus $25 fee). If I leave Cricket and come back in 90 days as a new customer, it's only $49.99. Why would I ever buy the phone from you?
