I've been with cricket for over 7 years now, I think the coverage is decent and I like the phones that I have gotten over the years. I just wish that they took as much care with long time customers as they do with people who switch!!! Why should we have to pay 100+ for a phone to upgrade and a new person can come, switch carriers and pay 10 bucks(I'm exaggerating a bit but yeah) for the same phone?

@babygirl6920041 We appreciate your loyalty and we apologize for any frustrations. Cricket appreciates all of our customers which is why we offer upgrade discounts, monthly plan discounts, and a referral program that allows you to earn up to $250 per year in bill credits. You both get a $25 bill credit automatically applied to your accounts once your friend has had 60 days of active service. Download the myCricket app & start referring today! https://www.cricketwireless.com/l/refer-a-friend-promo.html

So we're expected to be thankful to only have to pay $150 for a phone when a new customer pays $10? If your company doesn't appreciate loyalty then why am I being loyal? Thanks for making my decision to change carriers easy.

"We appreciate your loyalty and we apologize for any frustrations. Cricket appreciates all of our customers which is why we offer upgrade discounts..." No you don't! That's the problem. For instance, the Nokia 3.1 plus is listed on Nokia's own website with a MSRP of $79.99. You claim the full price is $159.99 and your "upgrade discount" price is $99.99 (plus $25 fee). If I leave Cricket and come back in 90 days as a new customer, it's only $49.99. Why would I ever buy the phone from you?
