Here's my question. Why the he*l are you now charging $3. for paying our phone bill through the automated phone system?!?! I find that to be a whole lot of BULLCRAP!!

@Karen Thank you for posting on our community forum! We understand the frustration regarding the $3.00. We offer other options that are much easier to use when making a payment. If you are on a single line account the best option will be to sign up for auto pay and benefit from the $5.00 a month discount.  We also have the options of paying online through our website or via the MyCricket app.
