Called because Cricket did not send a email confirmation for my ordered phone

I used the Cricket Chat help this evening to find the confirmation number to check the status of my order because the website did not send me an email after my order when I ordered Friday. While waiting for a CSR epUPS delivered my phone shortly after 6pm. I told the CSR rep the phone had just arrived so she ended up helping me activate the phone. She was patient and kind
