I just transferred to Cricket and when I go to create an account it will not allow me to finish the process. I can enter my phone number, create a username, and receive a temporary password via SMS. But once I get to creating the actual password it says it is invalid/doesn’t meet requirements, even though it does and all of the check marks show on the requirements. I’ve contacted customer service and they told me to try again in 24 hours, which I have now done and it is still giving me the same issue. I have tried on a desktop and mobile device as well as various passwords, but nothing seems to work.
