Cant log into account....

When I try to login to my cricket wireless account it pops up saying you can't access this page or something invalid. Customer service had me create a new account but it stil does the same thing with the new login info.

this is beyond dumb

Hey @Rubberman, are you using a VPN? If so, disable it. Not sure if you’re trying online or in the app, but if you’re online, try another web browser or clear your cache/cookies. Hope this helps!
