How do change to a new address on account using the app???

Thank you so much for your question.  Unfortunately you cannot change the address from the app.  However if you would please reach out to our support team on Facebook (m.me/cricketwireless) or twitter (@cricketsupport) with the details of your issue, they would be happy to help.

What a load of crap by Cricket to change account address. Go better activities to do so they can find me by sending me a text message or email.

That is a bunch of bull when pay for service and have been paying for many years theres no way that we should have to use social media in order to change our address were paying customers and no one can make me choose to use social media especially in order to make a simple change of address on an account that I've been paying for years
