Why do your agents have to be so rude? I called and was hung up on twice. Then I called again and that was another 1 hour call. Requested a supervisor, his name is Mark, and proceeded to tell me to go to the store. If that were the solution, why have them?

If the same thing keeps happening to you, maybe the issue is you…..🤔


The call centers do their best and are super nice when you’re nice to them. If you’ll have to visit a store, just try it. Don’t you want a solution?
