Hello,
I recently ordered a new phone thru the website and made it thru the entire transaction. I forgot the tracking number and noticed that I never got a confirmation email following the purchase. I have no idea what the number would be to see how long it would take to receive said phone.
Any help concerning this matter would be appreciated.

Can you log make and log into a mycricket account with the information that you have? If not, contact them through Facebook or Twitter and they can track it down for you.
