So I ha e only two devices I connect to my hotspot and one of them is my smart TV , the issue just started recently it keeps disconnecting for no reason as I don't download anything I simply just watch tv.... double .u. tee. eff  bruh

Hi @Linda Lu! The most common reason your phone could be disconnecting from your Wi-Fi network is that your Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough, causing your phone to connect to your mobile network. I suggest you turn off your mobile data at home to prevent unwanted data usage. This way, your phone will constantly look for your Wi-Fi network instead of the mobile one. You can also send a private message to @CricketSupport if you need additional assistance.
