After 2 months I have had nothing but issues with cricket, my app has not worked in over a month since Nov 27 2021 I have applied for EBB got approved and it still hasn't been fixed where I get discount on my bill my phone got shut off on 6 of Dec granted cricket did make it right and got my service back up but here it is due again and Sill not fixed

Also let's keep in mind I have been trying to call 611 this morning getting a steady busy signal and same with calling a 800 number as well my insurance company
