Cricket won't give me my unlock code for phone

Any advice on ways to unlock my phone?

I'm a cricket customer for years, I have an LG V30 thinq, I have had the phone for Six Months as of two weeks ago.

I'm going on a trip to Japan on Thursday, I have called into Cricket everyday for the past 2 weeks trying to get my unlock code and all they tell me every time is "We have created an urgent ticket for you, we don't know why we can't get your unlock code"

I have talked to dozens of people and supervisors and they all give me the same answer. I'm really worried I'm about to go on my trip and have no access to my phone for travel.

Any other solutions? I have gone to three different Cricket stores in town and they all say "we don't unlock phones in store" despite the Cricket website saying they have the ability to do so.

Where do I go from here??

I sent messages to both the Facebook and Twitter accounts and I have not received a response yet.

Tburk27, did they unlock your phone for you? I’m in the same situation except that I’m Sheet stuck in the foreign country with no phone. I too meet all unlocking requirements. I can’t communicate at all here, can’t order food, can’t get an Uber, etc. because I need a working local number in this country to do all of those things. And since they won’t unlock my phone, I can’t put in a new SIM card.
