So I have 5 lines. All available for upgrades. Yet I'm not able to upgrade them all together because even though through my contract I'm able to they won't let me. In the store it's possible but you'll spend about $300-$400 more due to the fact that you don't get the "upgrade discount" ($25 fee) in the store and must pay full price for the phone. So why is it that Cricket is allowed to break contract agreements? How are they able to legally get away with ripping customers off and not delivering on what they agree to?

Thank you for reaching out.  When upgrading there is an upgrade fee in-store and online.
