Hello,
This issue is quite frustrating. I am paid up on my service and I have plenty of data, yet I am unable to RECIEVE text messages. I have had a lot of communication snafus because I was under the impression that people were not texting me as scheduled, when in reality they have done so, but those messages never reached my phone.
How can this issue be resolved as quickly as possible so that I do not have to switch providers?
