Didn't get what I asked for.

I went in to the new Cricket store here in Clearlake, CA. I had service with Verizon and explained to Lindsey what I had. I had a phone with unlimited calls and text ($30/mo) as well as a hotspot ($50/mo) which was also unlimited. Total being $80 per month. With this knowledge I was told the phone I now have would be a good choice, which is ok. The price per month is $60 +- which is ok. The problem is that in only a couple days I was already receiving messages saying I had used up my hotspot. I'm on SSI, all I want is my hotspot ability with this phone without additional cost like I was looking for and I'll have no problem here.

Did they tell you that you only get 15GB hotspot use per month?

Our $60 rate plan includes up to 15GB Mobile Hotspot data per line per month; then hotspot speeds are slowed to 128Kbps for rest of bill cycle.
