Disappointed with customer service

I have been on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours today and went to the local Cricket Authorized store to get and issue resolved with the day ending with the cricket repesentive hanging up with myself and the rep at the store. This is not exceptable and my issue need to be fixed or I will not hesitate to switch service.

Whats the issue? Cricket usually has reps that can help to trouble shoot issues through the forum.
