Hello this i wanted to file a complaint against cricket wireless they Ported my number out I had to pay for to get another account money I paid for the month I lost I had to pay for New service I have my lawyer looking into this matter 🥺

did you know its impossible to get any help when you want to get a data only hotspot service.  You cannot activate online and you can’t activate with customer service as they don’t know how and they can’t accept payments.  Been on the phone for hours and no one can accept a credit card and keep redirecting me to a website where they can only activate a phone service.  I am going to T-mobile and will make sure to tell as many people i can about this.  Wasted $8 for a sim.


hello my name is Esthela Perez. I bought a phone paid for in full and only had it connected for a month, tried to connect phone couple months later with another provider and the phone was locked. called 800 number and was TREATED BEYOND HORRIBLE. customer service rep denied my request to unlock.

the first customer service rep told me i had to have phone 6 months, the store told me i had to have it 3 months, the 2nd call center operator told me i needed to have it active for 6 months and the supervisor yelled at me his name is HENRY told me that just because i live in US i think im going to get my phone unlocked that he was not going to do it, refused to transfer me to his boss, acted like a kid, i asked him 4 times for his name, he told me i would go look for him ….. in MEXICO where the call center is at...please like i would go !!!!!!!!!! LOL they would transfer me and the phone kept rining and rining … no one ever answered i got on chat on computer they would leave me there no one would answer me… i work for a call center myself and i am AMAZED that cricket is letting this behavior happen ! if they keep at it like this they are most definitely going to loose allot customers. i called 4 times to call center and had horrible experience every single time… i paid for the phone … just unlock it… it belongs to me… not you, and at how discusting i was treated by your customer service rep and your supervisors and your chat department i MOST DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE A CRICKET CUSTOMER AGAIN.PLEASE UNLOCK MY PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Hello I’m need to file a complaint against The Franklin Kentucky Cricket store regarding employment there. I left Cricket and went somewhere else to work due to I was treated differently due to my race and also the supervisor there shared my personal employment history to someone that was off the street that was paying there phone bill and it was one of my coworkers from were I work at now that is and employment law not to share so I’m needing to speak with someone regarding this issue.
