I have paid my bills with cricket for almost 3 years now. Yesterday my phone was disconnected and I have a $147. Amount owed. I have called and been hug up on 2 times after not getting anything resolved. The person disconnected me only after stating several times that I am not satisfied with her and need to speak to a supervisor. She refused me and then hung up. My problem is I paid on September 15th. And now they say I owe $147.00 more. They " refunded " my August payment to an account I do not have and I need to call the bank. I paid August and used my phone all month. I paid Sept and only used 1/2 of the month. Why do they send money for previous month? Nobody can answer that. I have been ripped off. My bill is only $86 month and has been for a few years. How do I get a hold of someone to do something with this? Do I have no recourse but to sue? I'm disabled and elderly and I need the phone.
